This Burger King is by far one of the worst I have ever been to! If I could rate them zero I would!
Saturday, March 30th I went in with my family and we ordered lunch. I ordered a Whooper with cheese, no tomato. We get our order my Whooper has no cheese but has tomato. My husband goes in to replace it and explains the food allergy to tomato, they fixed it.
Tonight we go in, again, I order a Whooper with cheese, no tomato. We get home there is no cheese but again there is tomato on my burger. I tried to call the store FOUR TIMES and got no answer. So I thought well hmm... I'll block my number and guess what, they answered on the second ring. I explained what happened to my order and they said I could come replace it.
Again, this is not the first time this has happened but this is the closest one to us so I just go back when I shouldn't. Anyways... We go back my husband again goes it to have them replace the burger. THE SAME MANAGER FROM SATURDAY IS THERE. She is extremely annoyed about it but realizes we are the same people she had to replace the same meal for two days ago. My husband asked her if they screened their calls and she said YES. SHE WASN'T ANSWERING BECAUSE SHE RECOGNIZED MY NUMBER! What pisses me off most isn't the messed up food constantly. It's the fact that they KNOW they mess up so much that we call or come back and now they know my number and choose not to answer it!
THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THAT IS NOT FOOD MY WAY! This was NOT resolved to my satisfaction. I AM NOT DONE WITH THIS!

Starting off with Jane cashing out a till irritated with the drive-trhou employee because she had to get out of there, so he has to take orders for two different customers at once. I ordered the two for $6 sandwich deal, two whoppers a large drink and medium fries. Total of 11.21, not bad for a meal for 2 right. Well I go get my drink there is no ice, but that's ok I can deal with that. I get my food and the fries look almost Orange and burnt... I can almost deal with that too. But I start eating my sanwhinch and there is a long blonde hair in it, and it is not mine and it is not my boyfriend's. When I got to the counter I told Jane what happened she said " maybe its your girlfriends" well no it's not because I have a boyfriend and he has black hair. She takes my sandwich to the back and has a guy named Jeremy come out he says " they are working on it Ok" I asked for a refund as my boyfriend told them the person making food should be wearing a hairnet as apparently they weren't at that time, Jeremy opens the till and gives me 3 dollars and some change but says he cannot give me a receipt for the refund and that he cant give me my original receipt because he needs to keep it. So disappointed and grossed out. And both Jane and Jeremy seemed to be the managers and they handled the situation very poorly. 0 stars for this BK. Oh did i mention they even had the kitchen guy come out and spy on...
Read moreThe three Star is for one specific employee named nicole that works the drive thru Everytime I come she is so kind and respectful we just love seeing her smiling face. This is lacking the other two stars because the other employee who has glasses that took out order and getting our food put together was rude from the time we pulled up to order and until we left. She started out with an attitude and then when I read her the coupon at the speaker I got to the window she steps in front of Nicole and ask to see it on my phone I gladly showed her as she rolled her eyes then yelled to whoever was cooking YEA SHE REALLY HAS IT. Needles to say we sat there a little longer that what we wanted to but nicole made it worth our while with the friendly conversation 😊. This is not the first run in we have had with this woman who is rude at the drive thru. I would like to suggest don't take orders if you cannot be nice to people or even have a friendly voice. I get people have bad days but don't treat customers that way. Nicole is the only reason I'd return to this location and hope and pray we never have to deal with...
