Read moreNot one to typically write reviews, however our experience at the 21 pilots show was horrendous. We arrived 20 minutes after the doors were scheduled to open, 40 minutes before the first band was scheduled to begin so that we wouldn’t have to stand in a long line in the near freezing weather, but to have enough time to find our seats before the first band started. Primarily purchased tickets to the show to see Max Frost and Awolnation. Waited in a stationary line outside for an hour and a half with no explanation of the situation or changes being made to the show. By the time we finally gained entrance, we discovered max frost had been cut, and Awolnation was halfway through their set, despite there still being a line all the way around campus. Had we received an email or text explaining the delay earlier in the day, we would have either bundled up to get in line early enough to not miss Awolnation, or more likely, we would not have gone at all. Emailed the arena the next day to explain my frustration with the situation, and I still have not...

When attempting to enter with the empty bottle the security guard told us we could not bring it inside as it was against the rules. However, the rules (posted right there) only said no food or drink. What was he afraid we would do with it?! He told us we could leave it outside behind the trash cans, which we ended up doing instead of walking through the snow to put it back in our car. But seriously, this isn't against their posted rules. Even if it was against their rules, it would be a stupid policy. I have brought the same water bottle into NCAA games, concerts, movie theaters, etc.
Besides that, everything was pretty much what you would expect of a...
