Went to the Broadway store about a month ago and had the worst experience in a fast food store in my life. I ordered four pieces of pizza, two for me and two for my friend. As we went over to put a little bit of parmesan on our pizza, the lid fell off and the entire container dumped onto my friends slice. After I explained the situation to the employee (who at the time claimed to be the manager), he suddenly grabbed the pizza from my hand, looked at it, looked back up at me, shook the pizza into the trash to knock off the parm and then scoffed at me before throwing it away aggressively into the trash can. I was shocked, but still wasn't sure of his intentions, but he was clearly upset. After going back to begin eating my slices of pizza, he decided to (literally out of nowhere) begin yelling at me for wasting pizza in front of the entire store, curse word after curse word. I truly couldn't believe it and I began to defend myself and then he asked me to "step outside" where I assumed he wanted to get into a physical altercation over a SINGLE SLICE OF PIE. I decided to go ahead and follow him outside to try to calm him down and talk some sense into him. By the end of it all he apologized and told me that I was right and that this was no way to run a business. Afterwards, him and three other employees refused to give me any kind of information to in contact with the owner (since he said he was the manager) and then retracted his earlier statement and said he was in fact not the manager. I also left a message on their instagram page in efforts to get ahold of someone, but to no avail. It appears pie hole encourages threatening behavior from their employees towards customers, and they have proven this by completely ignoring written complaints (in which I have screen shots...
Read moreI'd give 0 stars if I could. Unbelievably terrible logistics. It took 2 hours to get my pizza because they failed to be able to read VERY simple instructions and actually left cheese off one half of the pizza. The only saving grace to this establishment is the delivery driver. He took one glance at the pizza and understood that there was little chance the order was done correctly. THANKFULLY he called me and confirmed it is wrong before he left the parking lot. The time he called me was already 10 minutes PAST when the pizza was due to be delivered, and the pizza hadn't even left the store! Why the driver had the brains to understand a botched order by one glance and the person taking and baking the pizza couldn't is beyond me. I ask the delivery driver to have the store call me to give an updated new delivery time. I never received a call. SO I call the store very near where I live and the guy can't find me in the system and lo and behold Doordash doesn't use the closest location to your house! The site uses a default address that for me is clear across town! So I'm told to handle the burden of calling yet another store and am told it's going to be another half hour before this pizza gets to me. That makes it 2 hours since I put in the order! I have a child who is hungry and cannot easily cancel the order and leave to buy something else at this point. The first store apologized. The 2nd store didn't even bother to give me so much as an apology - I should have received a FREE pizza for their terrible logistics, asinine delivery mechanism (using one default location for a city with several stores) and bad customer service. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow to tell them they owe...
Read moreWent in one night to grab a piece of pizza and a beer. I walked in and went right to the counter where I simply used my finger to point through the glass at a slice I had never seen before to ask what it was and was immediately met with backlash about keeping my finger behind the glass. I simply wanted to know what the pizza was and was met with an attitude that will keep me from ever coming to this piehole again. Chris was the name of the employee who so rudely told me to keep my finger behind the glass before I even got a welcome to the establishment. I am not sure how little control someone has in there life that they have to tell someone to keep there fingers from being extended an inch and a half behind a piece of glass but it is sad and I'm sorry you feel the need to act that way. I will never return to this location and will forever recommend that anyone I know stay clear. While I may have broken a rule I have never been informed of before; it was the tone and attitude I faced that will forever keep me from going here again. Please do not let the positive reviews of this place fool you. Sure the pizza is good but I will single handedly make sure that anyone I know never goes to this piehole even if it means ordering Domino's for my friend group. This is all because an employee named Chris made me feel completely unwelcome in a place where I have felt at home many...
