Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boise

Andrew the manager is horrible about customer service. I called within 4 minutes of placing an online order to correct a change and I was rudely refused to make a change. I was hung up on, then spoke to someone who would fix the order, but then nobody made any changes. Andrew was very blatantly rude that the order was "already made" and wouldn't do anything to fix it. Worst customer service at any restaurant ever. I've worked for Domino's in multiple states and Andrew has been the worst representative I've ever encountered. If Phil Mikelonis owns this store he should be ashamed. Considering I know the ins and outs of Domino's from working here, I'm appalled at the complete disrespect for customer service. Andrew is the worst employee I've encountered among any store. I hope that you don't order from this store as it cares little to none about your food, only their profit margins. Pro tip: if you dispute your order with your CC company Domino's will refund your money if you get your order or not. Easy way to earn free pizza. BTW Domino's pays $1 to the driver as part of the "delivery fee" and pockets the rest. So your actual pizza delivery is surcharged an additional $2-$3 to your pizza and doesn't go to your delivery driver. It's another marketing scheme Domino's uses to make more money off their pizzas.

I hope people in Boise reconsider the deceptive practice Domino's uses to upcharge you and deceive you on your delivery driver's wages. It's $7.25 per hour + $1 per delivery + your generous tip. We transportation unit in the United States Army Reserves. We were training in Boise for the weekend and just finished a long day out in the field. We decided to order some pizzas and places a very large order on the Domino's app. All in all I think we ordered around 15 pizza's and a number of sides. Once the order was placed the store called us and said it would take a bit more than 30 minutes. Which I thought was very reasonable considering the large order we placed. Last delivery 5 orders from this dominos have been wrong and nothing is ever done to rectify. Most recent experience tonight when our delivery order arrived without the ranch, marinara or icing that we ordered. When I called to report I was hung up on- then called back only to be told that they would send the sauces which okay but my food will be freezing by then aside from an almost burnt pizza.
