Taco Time — Restaurant in Boise

I just want to say that I love(d) this location and have been visiting it for over 20 years- but why are you charging for ranch now? Come on, man, they went from having a literal bucket of the stuff at the sauce bar, to prepackaging it in cups, to now charging 25 cents for a tiny cup of it?

The real issue, though, is that they don’t tell you before you pay that it now costs extra. And they won’t even give you one free one on a 12 dollar order? Get real, man. Every other fast food place gives you at least 1 free sauce and certainly won’t deny you after your card has already been ran.

They could at least have asked me and advised that it costs extra- kind of like Cafe Rio or Chipotle does with Guac and Sour Cream. Out of respect for another business owner, I’m not gunna run my card again for a 53 cent charge lmao. You should probably let your cashiers know how credit card processing fees work so they understand that running a card for such a small amount usually costs the business money.

We pull up to the drive through and the person working the drive through. Your says what can I get for you today? And we say we want 3 crispy meat burritos and she responds. You want 3 Pinto bean burritos? And we say no, we want meat burritos. And then she says so, like the animal like the cow she goes. The Pinto bean burritos, the plant one is the cheaper 1. So you want the more expensive one? The cow one and I'm thinking this person's gotta be a vegetarian and she completely turned us away from the drive through because of the way she was talking about our food. Being a cow, it's meat people. Meat comes from animals.Get over it, it's not all about plants.You don't have to turn us away from what we normally eat.And if it's your choice to be a plant eater then that's fine but when you're at your job you should probably you know sell what your company sells whether it proteins to your lifestyle...

My husband and I needed to grab aquick meal before running home after a long day. As we pulled into the drive thru the employee was quick to get our order, when we pulled up to the window he grabbed our money, asking if we needed hot sauce, closed the window, returning after about 10 minutes, with a partial order, saying have a nice evening. He forgot half the order and the soda . We of course caught this and had to honk our horn to grab his attention to get the rest of the order. Waiting another 5 min he had forgotten what we needed to complete the order and gave us our sodas. We waited for another 5 min finally another young man brought us the rest of the order. This has been a occurrence that has happened 3 separate times. We will not return. Worst...
