The food great but the customer service was absolutely atrocious (Boise location). When my girlfriend and I walked in there were four people behind the counter who all did a collective look at each other to see who the unlucky person would be that had to take our order. Once the unfortunate person was decided, he reluctantly came up to the counter and painfully took our order (I'll give him credit that he might have been new, but he couldn't even remember to hand me the drink I ordered). My girlfriend and I seated ourselves and the person who took our order was nice enough to start bringing the order to us (the highlight of their customer service). After we received our food, I watched as the manager of the restaurant didn't speak a single word to another couple when he brought their food to them. I wondered if I was eating in Auschwitz considering not a single smile had managed form on any of the employee's face and the atmosphere was borderline depressing. Read more2 times I have placed orders for Peanut Noodles with Shrimp and Beef which I paid $3.95 extra for and shows on the receipt. Both times no shrimp included. Both times I called and told them and was told a manager would call me back and neither time they did. On this last occasion I called back a 2nd time and was told by manager that her employees are only human and mistakes happen in a unsympathetic tone. Compensation was offered at they very end of the call and only payment for thr missing shrimp. I certainly felt after telling her this happened to me twice, driving for 4 miles, and only to return home both times without something I paid for merited more then just compensating me for the shrimp that I paid for. So due to bad customer service, and owner who offered little in return for not getting what I paid for while defending her employees, and that I was told by a employee both times that the owner would call me after taking my contact info and she did not (the owner actually told me it was my responsibility to call her and not her to contact me) I wont return to this...

I went in to make my to-go order (chicken katsu curry), packing my infant and 5 year old with me, waited for my food, then drove home. When I got there I realized they forgot my curry, so I had to pack everyone up again and drive back. When we went in and finally get up to the counter, the gal hands me the curry and says "I think we forgot your curry" and turns around and walks away. I couldn't believe it. Mistakes happen, I get that, but you can't even apologize or try to remedy it? You're just going to walk away? Whatever happened to customer service? Between the wait and the driving there it took over an hour to get my order. And I love my kids but it's not easy to pack them up again and again, especially when it's right next to nap time.
