WOW, ANDY'S FROZAN CUSTARD IS NOW IN ONE OF MY TOP FAVOURITE DESSERT SPOTS!!! UNFORTUNATELY, FOR US, WELL, WE LIVE IN CANADA ACTUALLY, AND SADLY, CANADA HAS NO BRANCHES OF ANDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD. WE ACTUALLY VISITED BOLINGBROOK, TO MEET MY DAD'S OLDER BROTHER AND OUR COUSIN SISTERS. SINCE MY COUSIN BROTHER (WHO WAS ACTUALLY ALSO VISITING OUR COUSIN SISTERS), REALLY SUGGESTED THAT WE GO AND EAT AT ANDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD, BECAUSE HE LOVES IT AND HAS EATEN HERE BEFORE. SO, WE DECIDED TO EAT SOME FROZEN CUSTARD AT ANDY'S. I ORDERED JAMES BROWNIE FUNKY JACKHAMMER (IMAGE ATTACHED), AND IT WAS SO GOOD. SOMETHING A LITTLE BIT OFF ABOUT ANDY'S, BUT INTERESTING AT THE SAME TIME, WAS THAT AT LEAST 3 PEOPLE GOT A SIZE OF THEIR FROZEN CUSTARD BIGGER THAN WHAT THEY ORDERED. SO FOR EXAMPLE, SOMEONE ORDERED SMALL FROZEN CUSTARD (IDK ABOUT FLAVOUR), AND THEY RECEIVED MEDIUM. AND I REMEMBER ORDERING MINE MEDIUM, BUT THEY GAVE LARGE INSTEAD. NOW I WOULDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT, OF COURSE, BECAUSE RATHER ONE WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY FOR A SPECIFIC PRICE, AND GET THE BIGGER ONE, RIGHT? BUT I WAS KINDA FULL TO FINISH THE WHOLE, SO I HAD TO FINISH MINE THE NEXT DAY LOL. OVERALL, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANDY'S. AS I SAID, IT IS STILL IN ONE OF MY FAVOURITE DESSERT...

This is the first time I felt unwelcomed in any restaurant establishment period. My kids love ice cream and they were excited to try out Andys since we drive by alot. So this was my first time at a Andys and I chose this location since I was shopping in the area. I even told the male cashier (maybe the manager) this was my first time there. I was expecting friendly service, especially in an ice cream business but the man seem bothered (no smile) and irritated..like I was wasting his time. No one was in line behind me and I pulled over to get my order together before getting in the drive-thr as not to take too long. There was no welcome or thank you. The young lady who prepared the ice cream seem sweet. But the guy wearing all white, I bet he didn't think that I write reviews and do surveys. I just hope he knows that he lost a customer who was looking for a new ice cream home, but it...
