Nancy's Pizza - Bolingbrook — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I regret giving them a second chance never again would I order from them ! Worst service ever! Last year had originally stopped ordering from them because they double charged me on someone else's order ,the kids don't get the orders correct ! After a year I try to give them a '"second" chance, same thing I was hung up on three times they got my order wrong . They give me a credit but now when I try to use my credit they're telling me it doesn't go towards the total so in order for me to get a delivery I have to order more $ I dont think that is right "at all" since that was my credit to use at my convenience because they messed up my pizza ,$45 of wasted food I didn't enjoy because they added things to my pizza WE DON'T LIKE !! I will never order from this place again. If you do order from them ,you should watch to make sure your debit cards don't get double charged for someone else's order it's happened to me before these kids do not know what they're doing ,they dont listen to what is being said on a order ,no management, no guidance their integrity is horrible! We have been long term users of Nancy's but due to travel, we haven't used them in some time. However, with family visiting from Tn and Texas, we wanted to share one of our favorite places, Nancys. They were especially interested in the stuffed pizza. My called was answered by Myra and did she ever go above and beyond what one might expect for customer service. She patiently went over my questions on specific menu items giving me prices, recommended portion sizes, and even the special offer of the day. She was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. At a time in which it is often difficult to have enough staff to cover each shift, Myra never rushed me in the order process and maintained a helpful and professional attitude. Worst experience ever!!!! I went on their website and clicked on delivery and place an order for $114.32, the money is immediately taken from my account but their website says the order did not go through so I call the store. I talk to Barbra the manager I believe and tell her the issue of $114.32 being taken from my account yet not having my order placed or received. She tells me that it was my fault that it didn’t go through and my money was taken because I went on a third party website ( I went to their direct website) and I should have called to place my order. She was zero help had attitude and placed the blame on me, not to mention was not concerned with people getting their money taken from their website. I would not recommend this pizza place and have never experienced such horrible customer service. I have no food, no help from Nancy’s pizza in Bolingbrook...
