Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I want to voice the POOR service of satisfaction! Unbelievably sad...a favorite fast food company as such has failed ! I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I began eating the half of the sandwich in which had no chicken only lettuce. I called to make the store aware they asked me to come back. Let's just be clear we are battling a pandemic. BUT here I came back to risk myself and others with showing my sandwich to a manager to prove my sandwich was provided only with lettuce. I didn't look at the other half of sandwich but we both were able to identify some chicken in that half. Okay so the manager takes my touched container and sandwich to the kitchen to talk with kitchen manager --- um okay so let's just take food from a car to exposed my food to everyone in a kitchen that is supplying food to other customers. All I wanted was another full sandwich that I paid for not with half of a sandwich of chicken wrap. The manager then thinks it would be sufficient enough to give me new the "half" of sandwich ! In which I already had a half??? So why?? Are we giving me a half of a sandwich when I just gave you my half. Now I do not want to eat whatever half this manager is now giving me back. I'm sure I was just receiving the same half I provided for inspection ! Any case this process is not to be tolerated under food compliance and COVID-19! Really just go get another half and don't risk exposure to others with the cost of a half of sandwich. Really!! Maybe OSHA and food compliance needs to be reviewed here. I will not be returning not because of wanting a new sandwich! Moreover for the poor judgement of inexperienced workers. Your irresponsibe actions will cause more harm! ALL THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS SOME COMMON SENSE. leave the customer with the half and get another half""!! Tada!! Now you have the meal you paid for WOW...

This is the second time that I've used the app to order curbside. When I arrived at the Bolingbrook location I drove near the drive thru folks and asked where to go for my curbside order. I was instructed where to go and I sat there for 15 mins, but still no order. I went back to ask the drive thru folks and they contacted the supervisor. They checked for a few minutes but didn't know where my order was. Finally, they figured it out and found my order. The supervisor told me that there was a miscommunication on their part. Since part of the curbside area was under construction, the food was only available for carry out from inside the restaurant. I was fine with the minor inconvenience, however, the food ended up getting cold. So, I asked if they could give me fresh fries since the food sat on the counter for 15 mins. The supervisor said that they could give me fresh fries if I paid for them. I was a bit shocked to hear that...he said that since the order was made and was waiting inside that it wasn't their fault. But it was the drive thru person who instructed me where to go to wait who should have been blamed for the issue, but the supervisor made it sound like it was my fault. My children and family really likes Chick-fi-a and we order here often, but this may be my last time I ever order purchase...

I just love this restaurant. You know, when you are craving some delicious sandwich and you want it really quickly and would not think of any fast-food restaurant but Chick-Fil-A. I've been a regular customer of this restaurant for years, and I must say that they are consistent with their food and service. It is just basically always a normal day each time I visit. There would be long lines in the drive through, sometimes there would be wrong orders given to me, and all sorts of things like that, which I have come to think of as just a normal scene. What I like about them is that the majority of their employees are extremely friendly, and their customer service would always be excellent if it weren't for such occasions. I love their spicy chicken sandwich paired with their waffle potato fries, but when they introduced the grilled option for the chicken sandwich, that is when I changed my mind and immediately loved and chose their grilled chicken sandwich over the spicy chicken sandwich. I also order the spicy chicken sandwich from time to time, but, in my opinion, the grilled chicken sandwich is so much better and definitely tastes so much better.
