Panda Express — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

If I could give a zero I would. I got there a few minutes before 9 and wanted to go inside because the drive-thru was packed. The doors were locked, but it's says they don't close the inside until 9pm. So I called and the lady says they close the inside at 9, but the drive thru is open. I said okay but it not 9pm and I wanted to go inside because you guys don't close until 9pm. Then she waits to respond until 9pm and says rudely, well is it 9pm now, but the drive thru is open. Mind you I'm standing at the door as she tries to make excuses. I said that rude and if its 9pm then you shouldn't be locking the door until 9pm. I decide to go to drive-thru. Order my food, it's probably like 9:05 at this point and they tell me they're out of super greens I said okay how long is the wait for them to make more. She say they close at 9:30 and won't they be making anymore food. So now I'm stuck in the drive-thru and they refuse to make my food. Horrible experience, horrible service!!! These have to be the most unprofessional rude employees that I have ever experienced! On 7/25/23 went into restaurant, no other customers were the store, one worker was completing drive through orders, one was cooking and one was cleaning and one was standing behind the counter wiping the counter. 5 min. Passed still no one helped us. Then one customer came in and the one of the workers asked this customer did you have a mobile order and proceeded to complete is order. I then asked as me and my husband stood there in disbelief, we have been standing here for 5 minutes before this customer walked in and you didn’t see us, and the worker Who was wiping down the counter stated she did not! Unbelievable! We walked out the store without ordering anything! I will be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. This is not the only time we’ve encountered poor customer service from this location! Don’t go and spend your hard earned money at...

Terrible service all around ordered online for delivery than all the sudden i had to pick up. Drove here not ready by their time. Then rude people serving on top of it. One girl just points at another girl. -5 stars id leave of i could ridiculous. Fyi today Manager hung up on me 3 times and told me to go f myself...... good luck

Update 3 Manager spit In my food have pictures to prove. I called earlier 3 times explaining I couldn't order what I wanted on 3 different apps. He swore and hung up on me. Please check phone records. Nothing to hide. Finally order food on uber and went through and spit all over and receipt says kitchen instructions special instructions I ordered a plain plate orange chicken and friend rice.
