Smash burgers were delicious! My family and I stopped in here on our way back home after a day of swimming at Vortex Springs. It's a small little spot with a few inside tables and a couple of picnic tables outside under a small covered area. They offered ice cream, doughnuts, smash burgers, hot dogs (with several toppings available), pulled pork sandwiches, shakes, seasoned fries, chicken tenders, and mac n cheese. The ice cream and shakes were good, but the smash burgers... absolutely delicious! They were fresh and perfectly cooked. Especially after a day of being in the water. The service was ok and the girls were very friendly but they seemed disorganized. I think they just needed to slow down and focus on one task at a time instead of bouncing all over, trying to do too many things at once without completing one. We went to find them, but they moved across. I invited my husband to have lunch there. The smashed burger was awesome. I don't eat meat I had a doughnut and the baked beans. Also got a box of doughnuts holes and 5 doughnuts to go. And a burger to go for my son. Was well made. Wet need business like this. Fair price nice girls tending the counter and good service. I just wanted a doughnut since March. Is September so I did awaited a while. Loved it. And is veteran own. My husband is a veteran. So yes to veteran owned business all the way. Thank you got the best burger out there. We do not do fast food if nasty thrown. This was neatly prepared. With purple onion a nice lettuce leaf and cheese. He does not like all the way. Wanted to try the Smash Burger, tried Rib plate and Brisket plate, also. Smash Burger was worth the trip, served Hot like it was fresh off the grill. Crisp, fresh veggies. Very good! Brisket had very little smoke flavor, more like roasted flavor. Still enjoyed it dipped in BBQ Sauce. Ribs were very tender and sauced. Again, not so much smoke flavor, but good. Sides we tried were greens, baked beans and corn on cob. Greens were good. We were glad to meet John. Service was friendly and food was delivered promptly. We'll be back to try donuts.
