Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Not the best on quality ...This store has a lot of potential. The worker that greeted me was helpful and friendly but my family arrived around 9:00 p.m. and we wanted to use a deal online but the guy said his scanner wasn't working so we had to place our order online and then do a pickup which was kind of awkward. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and was dirty. The tables were dirty also. I am a family of six and there was only one man working instead of fulfilling our food order first he started our food order and then stopped making my food order to make other people's order. I understand he was trying to take care of everyone but it would have been nice if he had a helper! My family said they watched him heat the food up in a microwave but still tasted great. We were disappointed by the dipped cones. They hardly tasted like cherry or chocolate and didn't seem dipped long enough and the cone shape was really funky. The blizzard hardly had any big chunks but looked so blended that you could barely tell the chunks were there. I think this place has a lot of potential but needs some attention to detail and cleanliness. I doubt...

Worst DQ ever. Where to start. Compared to every other DQ I've ever been to, and it's a a lot...this place serves the smallest ice cream servings of them all. They are constantly out of things, like whipped cream, bananas, Reeses...and mind you there's a Publix literally next door. They claim they have to get stuff from Costco, which I understand is where they get some supplies, but if you're out and a Publix is 50 feet away, you get what's needed instead of customers walking out. These kids they have there working there don't care either, it's like they are just starting to grasp the concept of time and have ZERO customer service skills. The ice cream is good, when they are able to serve it with ingredients they have in stock. Will never return to this location, will go to the other one just north. Not the cleanest...

The gentleman working today 4/21 clearly lacks the ability to multitask. I walked in as a customer was finishing her order. He said "just a minute" then proceeded to make a hotdog while chatting on his phone. In the time he stood there waiting for the chili and hot dog to heat up in the microwave (clearly top quality chow...) he could have made 2 of the three items I was hoping to snag quickly for lunch. Since he gave a clear vibe that he wasn't interested in being at work I left to spend my money elsewhere. Will not make the mistake of stopping at this location again. Unless you have 30m to blow waiting for a sub-gas station quality dog just swing by a 7-11 and call it a day. If one of my employees acted like this they'd be looking for a new job. AVOID...
