Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Gross old food… Antipasto salad meats were slimy and brownish.. Pizza with old tasting sausage swimming in sauce, literally dripping off the pizza. And the Chicken tenders also swimming in bbq sauce. I was never asked if I wanted light sauce… The so called “owner” named George… Short overweight guy with dark hair and a unibrow…He was Awful to speak with, poor management, poor people skills. It’s very unfortunate as I have ordered from here multiple times. George did not want to make things right and proceeded to call me a “crazy lady who just wanted to eat for free…” (I know, funny, right?!,) haha.. haha.. I offered to bring his disgusting food back to him. This is not the way to do business with a customer that eats from your establishment at least once a week. Never had a problem here. What a joke! Ordered $55 worth of food on-line at 624pm. Received email telling me food would be delivered at 704pm. At 724 (hr later) I called to check on the status of my order. Skippy (didn’t catch name) told me order was on the way. 15minutes later still no 🍕….Called back again to check on pizza. This time Xavier (?) told me my pizza hadn’t left yet? Then spoke with John (I think) who said he was the manager. Explained situation and he informed me that pizza was going out for delivery now?? Seriously, I asked him why another employee told me it had already gone out? He didn’t really seem to care and told me it’s a pizza joint and they have some 15yr old employees. Last time I spend my HARD Earned $ at Jets. Totally disappointing...

So I spent the day at lovers key with my son. Wanted a steak and cheese sub SO bad, as it is my weakness. My baby (10 months) passed out before even reaching the location! I called and altered my online order and asked if it can be brought out to me since my son was passed out and I’m alone, knowing he will wake if I take him out just for momma to get some grub! They brought it out with no hesitation! Amazing workers and so caring for helping me out and letting my tired baby rest!!
