McDonald's — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

This is the worst Mcdonald's I've ever gone to. I wish I could give this zero stars. I am not a normal Mcdonald's eater but every now and again we all give in and get some mickey D's. This is next to my house and over the past 3 years has never gotten my order right. Usually I use the Drive-Through as this store seems to prefer and 4/5 times my order is a little off, usually doesn't make me happy but it doesn't usually cost me money. I have been there twice in the past week to try the new chicken tenders. I CLEARLY order CRISPY tenders. Well 3 days ago I ordered tenders and a meal for my roommate. I received his meal, and the sauces to go with my tenders but no chicken? ooook. Went back and was told they couldn't prove I didn't get them but after some talking they gave me a free 3 piece. (cool I ordered a 10 piece. ) Tonight I go in, barely anyone there and people are standing around. I ordered a 10 piece tenders and a burger meal for my roommate. This time I was made to wait in a parking spot because the TENDERS weren't ready. I get my order after 15 minutes and it was a 10 piece CHICKEN NUGGETS. Which is like 7 dollars less than what I paid for. This place is a HOLE. The manager is a literal 17 year old boy (not trying to beat him up, he was actually just a high school kid.) And they refused to exchange my order. Never coming here again, not even...

stopped in to get a shake and mcflury on a Saturday night we sat in the drive-through for way longer than I pry should've. I should've cut my losses right then and there, knowing that if they left me there for 10 minutes waiting to get my order taken, it was gonna be a joke I pulled around to the window and they asked which order was mine because they had taken the orders on 3 other cars that came in after me in the other lane. when I told them i hadn't placed my order yet because they left me hanging the girl in the window, got pretty rude and asked my order. from what I could see from the pick up window the kitchen looked like a train wreck they made my shake and then the MANAGER made my wife's mcflury by filling the cup with soft serve and dumping the oreo's on top. never bothered to mix it, just handed it out the window. Honestly, if we're the store manager, I would remove the whole crew. What a horrible experience! I will never go back. I would give them 0...

Me and my wife had placed the mobile order to be picked up received a message that it was ready to be picked up was in the drive-through. The person on the intercom answered us and when we went to go give them our code they ignored us so we parked went inside. They had the front door locked and their gate on the side shut to where you couldn’t enter the restaurant part of the McDonald’s so I had to yell through the gate that I was there for my pick up order and she told me that I would have to go through the drive-through me and my wife explain that we tried but got ignored and she proceeded to let our food sit on the counter while she helped other customers and she’s supposed to be the nighttime manager I think McDonald’s needs to better train their managers overall, this has been my worst experience with McDonald’s. My food was cold by the time we received it....
