Napoli on the Bay VII — Restaurant in Florida

We are not from the Naples, Florida area, we rented a beach house in the area for a family vacation and ordered over $100 worth of pizza from Napoli last night for carry out because it was close by. My uncle picked up the pizza and brought it over to the beach house where we began eating the pizza outside by the pool. My fiancé took a bite out of my pizza and bit into STAPLES. He spite out the pizza and it wasn't just one staple it was a chunk of staples, over 15 staples in the pizza crust. When we called to speak to the manager or owner no one had an explanation for the staples and did not even want to offer a refund for the pizza we were not going to finish with fear of find more staples in our food. Napoli’s has by far the BEST pizza in Naples no matter which location you go to. But, if you go to this one, be prepared for the WORST service you have ever received. Employees are impolite, less than welcoming, and act like you’ve inconvenienced them. I even tried to order delivery a few months ago to avoid dealing with their terrible employees and the delivery driver took over an hour to delivery AND left my pizza outside my lanai, on the ground, and never knocked on the door to notify someone that food was delivered. First time ordering at this location and they got it wrong. I ordered a large uncut/unsliced margarita pizza with spinach and wings. I went to pick it up twenty minutes later and they cut the pie into slices. I politely told them I did not want it and to please make me a new one. The pizza cook gave me a funny look and started on a different order. I asked him when he would start it and said in a few minutes. I waited 40 mins before I got my correct order.
