Worst experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment!!! Ordered my food and paid online for pickup in the pizza portal. It was ready at 5:37pm. I arrive to store around 5:50pm and the doors are locked with no one in sight. I knock multiple times and no answer. I see my name on pizza portal screen and my food inside. Another customer in her car who placed an order is trying to figure out what’s going on as well. She tells me she sees someone in the back so I proceed to look through the window and see 2 workers who appear to be dodging me even while I knock on window and wave my hands. No signs on the door and their phones were disconnected. After about 20 minutes I go sit in my car and a couple minutes later I see a worker come turn off the lights so she was clearly waiting for me to leave. She then goes to the cash register so I get out and knock on the door again. She refuses to look up at me or make any eye contact the whole time!! I get back in my car and see the other worker come out to the front and is chatting away. At that point I was so angry and frustrated I drove off but I still didn’t get the food I paid for!!!I tried calling in today and the phone was connected then someone answered puts me on hold and never gets on. Read moreOrdered a custom pizza, no marinara, substitute Jalapeno Cheesy Bread sauce for the marinara. I was told they "weren't allowed" to make this pizza. When I asked why not, since I ALWAYS get this custom pizza at ALL other Little Cesar's stores, I was told I could buy the JCB sauce for dipping. I asked if I could buy the sauce and have them substitute for marinara, AGAIN. At this point I was told AGAIN, that they were unable to make this custom order. I promptly asked for a cancellation of my order and a refund. The employee stated she cancelled my order but didn't know how the refund process works.... so now I have a $12 charge on my debit card from Little Cesar's and I have no idea if I'll be refunded... and i'm without my custom pizza that I ALWAYS order from Little Cesar's.... Highly dissatisfied and still have no explanation of why I can't order what I did, and no idea about my refund... Will be taking my business to Auburn Little Cesar's where they've NEVER had a problem with my order, and it's been consistent for 5 years now.!!! I made an order to the wrong store, my husband called 3 minutes later and apparently my order was "almost done" and couldn't be refunded and hung up on my husband. I called a friend near there and told them to go get it if they wanted and called the store to make sure it wasn't thrown away, but the guys there have no customer service skills. They tried asking what was up but as I responded he kept talking as I was talking. He then gave me to someone else without telling me so I'm sitting there saying "hello?" No response but I can hear noise in the background. A second guy says hello after a minute and proceeds to ask what is wrong, repeats what they told my husband, and hangs up on me.
