The service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was nice but the food was terrible. I would most certainly have sent my food back if I dined in. I ordered the Al Pastor burrito and I was given a sloppy, wet mess of watery beans, rice and guacamole and sour cream. There was maybe 5-7 chunks of chopped meat. I say “meat” because I don’t know what type of meat it was. I’m frustrated because I paid for a meat burrito and did not get what I paid for. I can accept bad food, especially bad Mexican food in Washington, I’m quite used to it. But I can’t accept not getting what I paid for. I will not be back and I definitely won’t recommend to anyone. Give the customer what they pay for, it’s that simple. If I would have got what I paid for and liked it I would have eaten there twice a week for the rest of...
Read moreI am very disappointed in my last experience coming here, I have been ordering from this restaurant for 3 years almost every other week. I always get the ceviche and it’s always made correctly. However last time it was horrible it had some kind of red tomato sauce which it has never had before. I was so upset with my order I couldn’t even eat, and I couldn’t even get a refund due to them already closing for the day. I don’t know if they got a new chef who just doesn’t know how to make ceviche but I really hope this is not their new recipe the old ceviche was WAYYYY BETTER and if they don’t continue to make it with a clear lime sauce I will not be returning as a customer. I hope the owner knows that they are changing the way the ceviche is made and that is going to make them...

The salsas served alongside are a testament to their attention to detail, each adding a layer of complexity to the dining experience. What elevates La Central Taqueria even further is its family-owned ethos, evident in both the restaurant and the adjacent Mexican store. This commitment to quality and authenticity makes it a standout establishment in my book, earning it a well-deserved spot among...
