Starbucks right off 410 Hwy next to the BECU. Great location with comfortable outdoor seating. The drive thru starts on the side of the building next to the John L Scott and wraps around the back. The staff is more focused on their drive thru, which I understand, but still is a bit annoying when you’re the only one in the building with at least 6 staff. Also-Starbucks, get rid of your tipping option. It’s so tacky to put that pressure on your customers when you’re worth billions.

I always go to Starbucks for mango dragon fruit lemonade. It’s my go-to drink. The reason why I always stop by this Starbucks location is because Hotworx studio is located right there! Imagine after a work-out in 130 degrees, you get to sip on the cool and cold refresher drink from Starbucks! The service has always been good here with chill vibe.

Starbucks charges $7 for a refresher but will be petty if you ask for no ice and they won’t fill it to the top. Never happened before, absolutely ridiculous. Multi BILLION dollar industry. God forbid they give you two more inches of juice that you’re already paying $7 for.

I came here to get an impossible breakfast sandwich and a mocha cookie crumble with white mocha sauce only but when I got my drink there was clearly regular mocha in there & when I told my husband to ask if they blended it with white mocha sauce a blonde lady said yes & basically blew us off because before I could even tell him to show her the pool of sauce in the bottom of the cup she said thank you in a way like she was rushing us to leave & so we did I sucked it up and went for my sandwich and it was the most stale thing ever it was as hard as a hockey puck. My food was awful & I didn’t get what I ordered because some girl was too lazy to listen and remake my drink and just didn’t acknowledge the issue at all. SHOUT OUT TO SUNNY!! All I can say is this starbucks is the fastest, most friendly starbucks i've ever been to. Then today I was rear ended in the drive thru waiting for my coffee. The ladies there helped me so much. It was 5am, dark and I was a woman alone on my way to work. The man that hit me wasn't the nicest either. Sunny was on it, gave me advice on what information to get. Stood outside the ENTIRE time with me so I wasn't alone. I was crying and upset and she hugged me afterwards. These ladies are always so nice no matter the day, but today especially their compassion is priceless. I am so grateful for them. I’ve lived in Washington my entire life. I drink Starbucks several days a week, to give you an idea of how much Starbucks I’ve consumed in my lifetime. I’ve recently moved to Bonney Lake and this Starbucks location is the most superior location I’ve frequented. I have not only not had a bad drink here, they’ve been exceptional. 4 days in a row the most delicious soy chai I’ve had in 20 years.
