The rice was like biting into rock pebbles; the chicken was days old. I went back to the counter and asked them who is the manager. They all looked at me like I had horns coming out of my head. I told them this was unacceptable and asked if they had a conscience. She looked at me and said sir, it was at the bottom of our pan. It's what we had to offer. I told her I’d run companies; this is the worst I’ve ever seen from Bojangles. She apologized, and the rest looked at me stunned people. Then I sat there and berated every one of them. I told her when the food was days old and looked like pebbles. You don’t hand it to people. You throw it away. The whole crew started running around in circles, and each avoided me like 12-year-old. Read moreWe had a pretty unfortunate experience, waited in the drive through for almost 10 minutes as they neglected to tell anyone about the wait for biscuits, the woman at the counter was incredibly sweet but from the window you could see most of the staff just standing talking and laughing while they had a line inside tbe restaurant and a line almost to the road on the drive thru.
We witnessed staff cross contaminate putting raw sausage on the grill with unwashed bare hands and go back to mixing a substance in a piture with a whisk aswell as touch multiple cook surfaces afterwards without a handwash in sight or gloves.
My order was wrong unfortunately I was given biscuits and gravey when I ordered bo berry biscuits and was charged extra for the extra icing aswell as getting charged for honey mustard which was never received. Overall just a horrible experience ide recommend the one on the other...
Read moreStopped in tonight at dinner time (6pm) and waited 5 minutes for someone to greet us and then waited 20 minutes for food. All while they sent food out the drive-thru window. When I questioned why my food was late one employee acted like I did something wrong and couldn't understand why I was upset. He claimed they were understaffed, while I counted at least five or six people in the back of the kitchen, none of them seem like they were working except for this one girl who was trying to handle it all. While waiting, the shift manager walked out of the kitchen and I asked him what was going on and he ignored me and just walked out the door. Never going back here again.
