Well my experience was horrible. I actually would rate this company -5 stars if I could. Did not deliver when they promised. Days late and poor communication. When they finally showed up it was after 6pm and they were here for 3 hours installing.
First issue, they didn’t send a splash hard to attach to the fryer, which he gave is with the purchase. Second major issue, but not the biggest issue, was that they delivered a new stove with NO thermostat dial. We called John from European Chef and he said he would send it to us. It was never sent and he no longer takes my calls. I believe he blocked my number. But that isn’t even the worst part. The horrible part is when we decided to just call the manufacturer of the oven to get a replacement dial, they asked us for the model and serial number. When we went to get this, we found out that there was NO SERIAL OR MODEL NUMBER plate affixed. He had to have removed it. Why? Not sure. But the company Asber assured me there is less than a zero chance of them having an oven leave their facility without this information attached. * That is highly illegal for it not to be attached *
I suggest you do NOT purchase from him. After this happened, I ran into an old boss of mine and she said “Oh my God... I wish you talked to me before buying from that crook.” She had major issues with him too.
Seriously, if you do buy from him... do NOT give him a deposit. Tell him COD and make sure all parts and serial number plates are present before paying. The shyster will probably not deliver without a deposit. I highly recommend using a CC so you can dispute charges WHEN you have a problem. (Not IF... it will be WHEN).

It seems as if they take your money and THEN order the product instead of having it on hand or in a warehouse. Truly a complete lack of honesty and a complete waste of our time. Time sensitive purchases are to be HONORED and if a deadline is not likely to be met, we would have appreciated honesty instead of rude remarks when questioning the delay. HOWEVER, I purchased 2 new commercial pieces of equipment, one bakery case and one stand up freezer 3 weeks ago. Delivery was later than told, we had to call them several times for delivery. Then we discovered the bakery case was missing the bottom piece when we installed it. We had to continuously call, and was told "its on the way." It never showed until today, about 1 week later. They dropped the piece off, without unwrapping and installing. This piece should have been included and installed in the case. Being a small business owner, I try to support local businesses.
