I have been a patron of Blakeās Lotaburger in Albuquerque & Santa Fe for over 40 years and have never felt as though I had no value as a customer - until today when I walked into the Bosque Farms location. I always ask for extra chili on my hot dog whenever I order at any Blakeās Lotaburger location and have always received ample chili for my taste. On occasion, the chili has seemed a little skimpy even though I asked for extra. All other locations have given me more chili on the spot or offered to make it up next time. On this occasion, I brought our meals home and realized there did not seem to be extra chili on my hot dog so I called up the Bosque Farms location. I expected to receive an apology and maybe an offer to add extra chili at no cost next time. However, I was told that enough chili was indeed put on the hot dog according to the 2 ounce scoop that is used. When I again complained I was told that if I bring the entire order back, they would re-make my hot dog for 'free'. Why would I want to drive back 10 miles from my house just to have my order re-made in the same way? On my receipt extra chili is 80 cents - I would think Blakeās Lotaburger would want to keep a recurring customer for the price of offering me free 80 cent extra chili on my next visit and at least apologize when I was not happy with my order. I don't know personally Erica or Nohemy but those girls are hard working mothers and they treat people with respect, professional and always with a smile on they faces.is always a better solution for all the problems I think you guys went too far really.and if you are not satisfied like you say that always they have bad services in this location ...well why you keep coming back?? It is another location in los lunas.. Ohh. The girl thatās always working there, either has a problem with us or is just like that in general. She has a nasty attitude towards us as customers. It seems like she does not like working there and is being forced or something. We had two combos and when we asked for ketchup at the drive thru she hands us ONE packet of ketchup and closes the window with attitude. Everything is always great but sheās the reason why we try to avoid that place. We live about 3 minutes away from this location but will definitely take the longer drive to los Lunaās. Customer service there is always exceptional. The store manager has to have a talk with her or get rid of her in my opinion, why have someone there that makes the place look bad.
