China Flag Buffet — Restaurant in Bossier City

My son requested that we have a family dinner at China Flag Buffet in Bossier City, Louisiana to celebrate his gradation. I called and made reservations a month in advance for the Party Room. On May 17th I received a call to confirm that I would be keeping my reservation. I confirmed that I would. When I arrived on May 18th 2019 I was told by the young man that the price was 11.95 for buffet I said okay. I told him how many people I had with me and how many more I was expecting. he then escorted me to the party room. Before i could enter another man who works there spoke to him in their native language and then I was told that I could not sit in the party room because it was full. I didnt understand this because it was only 5 people sitting in there. One of the workers hurried me to another seat and provided the excuse that it was full in the party room. My son really wanted to eat here so we stayed but texted other dinner guest and told them it was cancelled. The waitress repeatedly told me the buffet would be 11.95 per person I told her I understand that and i have the money. i felt I was treated like a criminal and unfairly i received constant stares from staff and was asked during my meal several times how much longer would I be there by staff. The food was HORRIBLE as well. My total was 94.76 I paid that and left. I would not recommend any families but especially black families...

Cockroach Updated 3/1/2020 I have been coming here since 2013. When I first started it was cleaner and I had never seen bugs there. Around last year, someone told me they had a roach fall out of there napkin holder. And, around that same time I seen a dead bigger 'water roach' as people call them, in the women's restroom. And then, the other day some work colleagues and I went to eat there for lunch, and a roach was climbing up the wall where we were eating. We waved the waitress down, and she grabbed a napkin, laughed and killed it, then walked away and continued working. Never came back to check on us. I had also noticed that the walls have become very dirty and the bathrooms are nastier every year. We had just sat down to eat, so we left without paying, I was gonna stop at the front and let the check out girl know, since I have been going there for years and wanted to explain, why I was leaving without paying. But there was no one at the check out. I also have read several reviews where others have seen roaches, even in there food. I love to go there with my children. But, now I'm wondering how many times I may have even actually eaten a roach or roach droppings?!?! Does the health inspector not...

Wow where do I start… well the customer service is disgusting, the workers are rude and do not greet their customers at all when they walk in, the worker at the host stand will literally stand there and stare at you until YOU say hello or tell her how many is in your party. They are not very sanitary, when you order takeout the person at the desk will grab your silver by the part you put into your MOUTH and throw it into the bag, and when I saw that happen I asked for the opposite utensil and what do you ? they do it again, it’s just super super disgusting to me. There is a little Chinese lady, she works at the desk, and does not wear a uniform like the workers. Her customer service is even worse, she yells across the restaurant to talk to someone in the kitchen. She also while speaking in her native language talks to another Chinese female worker and I’m absolutely positive they are saying things that can get them sued. I usd to come in consecutively but now I’m completely done after the customer...
