North Bossier city just got a serious upgrade, and its name is TSUYOI RAMEN (because yes, it’s that good, it deserves to be name-dropped). This brand-new ramen spot is serving up piping hot bowls of comfort and culture—and honestly? It’s everything I didn’t know I was craving.

Let’s talk food. The ramen options are chef’s kiss—authentic, deeply flavorful broths, perfectly chewy noodles, and toppings that hit every note from umami to crisp. But it doesn’t stop there. The menu takes a delicious tour across Asian cuisine with dishes that feel lovingly true to their roots. This isn’t fusion confusion—it’s tradition done right.

The drinks are worth a mention of their own. Whether you’re into delicate floral teas, Instagram-worthy snow slushies, or those fun, bouncy boba concoctions—this place has your hydration and your vibe covered.

Now for the cherry on top—literally and figuratively. The ambience is dreamy, with soft lighting, cozy nooks, and those signature cherry blossoms that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a tranquil hideaway somewhere in Kyoto. It’s a perfect backdrop for both solo noodle slurping and big group outings.

The staff? Incredibly attentive without being overbearing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the experience they’re helping to deliver.

I was so impressed, I immediately started evangelizing at work—and yes, I’ve already dragged the team here for a group lunch. This place is the kind of local treasure you hope stays exactly as it is, even as word (inevitably) gets out.

A welcome, flavorful, and absolutely fabulous addition to the N. Bossier community. If you’re a foodie—or just food-curious—this one should be at the top...

Let me start by saying I am half Okinawan (an island part of Japan), born and raised so I have very high standards when it comes to Japanese cuisine.

This is one of the best little ramen places I’ve been to stateside! The broth is flavorful, the toppings are fresh, and the chaashu (pork) is just AMAZING! MY husband said the broth could use a little more flavor, but I blame that on the flavor of the water in this town (has a funky taste). The Ikageso karaage tastes like I ordered it from a place back home and the fries are always freshly made (if you have a picky toddler like mine). There’s also options of curry or poke bowls if you aren’t in the mood for ramen.

The service is great with friendly and attentive staff. The drinks are delicious and I just really enjoy the overall atmosphere of this place. This will be a restaurant I frequent often whenever feeling homesick or just in the mood for some...

Probbaly the best ramen in Shreveport/Bossier, the pork bao bun and gyoza were good too.

We were seated right away and the lady told us it would take roughly 10ish minutes for our server to come take our drink orders. After 10-15 minutes he came over and we put in our waters, apps and ramen at the same time. It took 5ish minutes to get my wife's ramen, 15 more to get our appetizers and after 30 minutes we realized they had just forgotten about my ramen and our waters, my wife had to go up to ask where everything was. There was also a barrier when asking the servers about sides which lead to extra charges on my bill.

Maybe in a few months when service is sorted out we will try again but for now serious...

An amazing new addition to the SBC food scene!!! Food is made fresh to order and there wasn't a single bad option on the menu. The ramen was incredibly flavorful and the meat was very well-marinated. The appetizers are a must, either solo or to share. Liked the pork belly a LOT. Service was kind and attentive- they have a system in place that gives time to relax and chat and balances food arrival. Not something I'd seen before. And the atmosphere is comfortable and nice, good for both casual visits or fancier get-togethers. I will 100% be back, and am excited to try their other menu options!
