Burger King — Restaurant in Bossier City

This was first time ever placed an order online for drive through in this location.

“As instructed on the app after placing an order I went to the order screen and ask for my order for pick up, she said its already picked-up by someone “ ok! I asked how come as no one using my phone or this app accept me so she said it did already and I said no I didn’t. To make sure my name and order number she start shouting and misbehaving I said you’ve to calm down and this not the way to talk so… I went to the window to figure it out what’s going on and in between she realized, she made a mistake and handed over my order. “ which was great as always/ we can’t go wrong with impossible whopper”.

Seriously! Such a disrespectful and unprofessional staff with so much negative energy and attitude.

I mean the language she spoke like we’re on the street not dealing in Burger King, she just kept shouting and repeating. “ picked up by someone els”.

It was so astonishing how Burger King trained their employees even they don’t know how to speak even when they’re making mistakes.

I’ve very strong feelings that they have to train their staff how to communicate with customer in proper way with professional attitude.

Me and my husband pulled into Burger King on Airline Drive in Shreveport Louisiana as we proceed to give our order we go to pull up to the first window there's the vehicle that was in front of us they sat there and sat there and the guy at the window kept talking to them and flirting with them after about 10-15 minutes they finally pulled up to the second window and the guy from the first window went to the first window just keep on flirting with the three girls in the vehicle we set there for probably another good 10 minutes next thing we know they are bringing us our order to the first window but there's nothing we can do cuz we can't get around the car in front of us cuz we got a car right on her ass so we still have to sit there while the guy wants to flirt with the 3 girls in the car we proceeded to finally pull out of there I reach in the bag to grab me some fries too much own I got a mouth full of salt I like two taste my fries and not all the salt so who's not happy at this Burger King and probably will not go back so if you're someone that has a cardiac problem not supposed to eat a lot of salt don't go there cuz you eat all that salt it probably give you a heart attack can pick them up without getting salt all...

I stopped at the Burger King on Airline Drive just on I-20. It was approximately 10:00 PM. There was no one else in the drive thru so I ordered for my teenager and myself. The order taker answered Immediately. Since this was my first visit in several weeks I needed more time. I ordered the #1 Whopper value meal medium size. Next, I ordered a plain cheeseburger, an apple juice, and some chicken nuggets for my son. We paid at the second window and received our drinks. We had to pull forward and wait at the front door for our food to be brought out. The wait was just a few minutes. We then parked at the nearby Pierre Bossier Mall parking lot to consume our food. My fountain coke was great. My burger and toppings were fresh and tasty. The fries were hot and crispy. My son said his cheeseburger was fine, but the chicken nuggets were different. Burger King had changed their nuggets. These were softer, but good. We both preferred the other brand which had a thicker breaded crust and thicker meat. Even with the change our food was great.
