If I could give this place a negative I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called ahead of time to inquire about a WHOLE PAPA CHEFS Salad so I would know what to expect. Was wanting it to go & was told it would be 2.00 more to sub chicken 🐔 for ham or Turkey over the phone. Also, no charge to substitute Provolone for American (over the phone). Another thing the website said It was $9.90 and I would get 3 pieces of Garlic 🧄 Bread (Total wound up being $14.22). After placing order when it was ready it was OBVIOUSLY 1/2 a Salad & only 2 pieces of garlic bread, when seeing that I said that I didn’t want it (ESPECIALLY FOR THAT PRICE). I LEFT WITHOUT it & after going maybe a mile down the road I called to have them credit my account used for the purchase. Was told that I would have to wait until the next day or get a cash refund. Didn’t want to wait until the next day for a credit so I went back! The Manager Said he didn’t know how TO DO THAT. THIS IS TOTALLY 💯 UNACCEPTABLE!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????? If you expect things to be done right, 💯 DON’T GO HERE'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had taken a picture, I’M SURE YOU WOULD AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are a fixed Income don’t waste your TIME & MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN & WILL MAKE A BIGGER BETTER ONE AT HOME...
Read moreOk, it's been a while since I have been here and I remember that it was freaking delicious and the special tea was sooo good. This time was a bit different. Firstly, I love their Alfredo and the shrimp were very very fresh tasting which I did not expect. With that being said, all of the food with the exception of the shrimp seemed like it had just been sitting somewhere for a while. The bread was cold and stale. My kids do NOT like their alfredo at all. The pizza was good. But the TEA, what happened to the tea?? It used to be minty and fresh and delicious. We all got watered down sweet tea with some orange slices and I was pretty dissapointed. The service was ok because they seemed to be trying really hard but were all doing a million different things at once. They definitely have some things they need to work on. People who take orders ONLY need to take orders. People who cook food ONLY cook food. You can't have the waitress taking orders at the register and tending to food and getting drinks. This place can still be great but on a busy weekend night it just wasn't. I want to go back and get hot fresh bread and pasta with the delicious shrimp. And the OG MINT TEA. I will give it another...
Read moreI gave four stars because this place holds a lot of nostalgia for my wife. We lived in Arkansas for a while and she would bring back a bucket of noodles and a couple jars of meat sauce from there every time she came down this direction. I have to say though after eating there twice dining in I was not impressed. The dining room looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The spaghetti with meat sauce is mid. It honestly reminds me of chef boyardee. And the meatball sandwich was awful. The bread is like your mom’s home made bread maker bread the first time she tried to make it, but crispy like it was made in a brick oven. The meatballs were sandy almost like they were cooked on low heat for way too long rather than seared and put in the sauce, and honestly the meat in the meat sauce is the same way. The mint sweet tea is very good. Reminded me of sweet tea in Nashville. And the garlic bread was hard like it had been held for hours. I’m not bashing. This is just my honest review of the place. They may have been great years ago, but they’ve fallen off lately. Take it or leave it. That’s my...
