Well, where to start. First off, disclaimer time! I'm not comparing Wendy's or any other fast food joint to higher quality restaurants or Bar & Grilles. I'm rating them based upon the services and or products recieved by similar or even identical stores but in different locations. With that said: Went here on a late night excursion. After playing a couple of frolf rounds and then going and chasing PokĂ©mon, decided it was past time to eat. No one else seemed to be open. Except maybe Taco Bell (which my roommate refuses to eat). We pull up to the menu board/intercom thingymabobber, and sit there for a bit. After almost leaving due to no answer and assuming maybe their hours have been affected by covid or something, someone chimes in. We placed our order. When my roomie said he wanted a Frosty, they asked him what kind. He said chocolate. To which they replied, "Sorry. Our chocolate is broken." Whhhhhaaaaaattt? (In my Chris from Family Guy voice.) He informs them vanilla is fine. As they hand him his much sought after spoils, his đ turns into a đ Though he ordered Large size, they gave him the kiddy cup. It was kinda funny. What wasn't funny was the way the fries looked when we got home. Looked like either they were cooked in 7 day old grease or left to soak in it or something. Not to mention that the cookie I ordered wasn't even in the bag. You'd think after being burned by fast-food companies my whole life I might check. But I rarely do. Unless it's the McDs on Barksdale. I been burned by them to many times. The burger I got looked like they maybe were playing corn hole with it. One pickle and tho I said no onions... guess what there was an abundance of... you guessed it... onions. I ain't saying don't give them a shot. Just maybe stay...
   Read moreI wish I could give zeros. I have been going to Wendy's for years without incident. The last 3 visits they have messed up my order, not just a little, these are terrible mistakes. I have a family of 4, and I went in and spent $24 tonight. I expect for my order to be wrong so I went inside. Ordered a chiken sandwich ONLY pickles and mayo, double combo meal NO onions, NO mayo, nuggets, PLAiN hamburgerâ, and several value fries. They got BOTH the chicken sandwich and double burger wrong...so I took them both to the counter. He swapped them out after I SPECIFICALLY told him on both. I took them and put them in the bag. Drove home, unloaded food to feed the family...to my surprise the double burger was NO LONGER a double, but a single. The chicken sandwich had the tomatoes just pulled off of it, but the seeds and juice were still there which my daughter would not touch. So now I have Dad with no food, one of my daughters with no food, so I go to open the plain burger, and to my surprise...MAYO!! What! I am so upset! Now the baby won't eat either!!! I called the store to talk to the manager. Ken. Told him what had happened, then he tells me I can BRING the food back and he will exchange it! Huh? That food is gone...in the trash. I am cooking grill cheese for dinner. Thanks so much Wendy's. Please refrain your staff. If the guy at the counter can put the order in the machine right...the guys and the back should be able to put it together off the screen correctly. I am so disgusted. No offer to give me a free meal on another day, why would I drive back there tonight? I think it was so wrong to not try to make it right, we will no longer be...

The food itselfâspecifically the Baconator and a Daveâs Single with vegetables on the sideâwas up to Wendyâs usual standard in terms of taste. The service was friendly overall, but the attention to detail on the order left a lot to be desired.
My sister and I went through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect the first time. After waiting an additional 10 minutes for the staff to correct it, one of the burgers was still wrong. Instead of having just the vegetables on the side for the Daveâs Single, everything was separated unnecessarily, making the order more complicated than it needed to be.
Despite the mistake, the staff remained courteous, and the food quality didnât disappoint once we sorted through it. Still, the experience felt frustrating due to the lack of care with the orderâespecially when it was clearly clarified from the start.
Bottom line, if youâre grabbing food here, double-check your order before leavingâespecially through the drive-thru. The staff is polite, and the food can be great, but the execution and attention to detail definitely need...
