Great customer service , Mr. Emmanuel as well as the young lady in the position of manager are great assets to the restaurant. When a mistake was made on an order my wife placed, the manager noticed the mistake and showed there is still honesty and morals in this world and brought us the difference bacc. They also gave my daughter a cookie for her birthday . I will be returning and the food was great !! Food was cold, not fresh. Missing sauces and did not get my husband’s order right. The main issue is that I think the manager lacks critical thinking skills. She went out of her way to come on the intercom (she was not the person taking our order) and tell my husband that he could not get half Buffalo garlic blaze and half plain tenders. She emphasized that he could only choose one sauce…he did choose one sauce he just wanted three of his tenders plain. Not really sure why this was not able to be done, even if it can’t be rung up in the computer, it seems easy enough to just tell the kitchen not to put sauce on half of his tenders.
