I was happily having my burrito bowl as usual until I chewed on this hard plastic piece. I am super nervous now that I might have had swallowed another piece already. What could this possibly be?

Update: i complained via chat they have on the website. The person apologized about this and has processed a refund on this item pretty quickly. Mentioned this might be coming from the top of the bowl. Because of how quickly they were able to manage this incident, I am going to give another try but this was very unexpected after all the times i’ve had...

I really love this place for the food and proximity to my home, the prices are fair, the only thing is that communication is difficult through the glass also with a frequent language barrier. Also I ordered elote which was 350 on the menu but then rang up as $5 I mentioned it and he said "oh the menu is wrong" ... It is a computer screen menu it can be changed easily, I should not have had to pay more than $3.50. A couple weeks ago my mom went there and they embarrassed her bc she didn’t know English and they perfectly understood Spanish. One of the guys kept making her repeat “Bowl” bc she wanted one of those, I understand perfectly the way she says it. The other guy at the cashier said “sorry he can’t understand” (IN SPANISH)! but he didn’t helped her while ordering. Such a bad service coming from people that know Spanish but don’t help the people...
