AK's Takeout & Delivery — Restaurant in Boston

I went here to get steak,broccoli,ziti Alfredo which I paid almost $14 for . I ask for packets of parmesan cheese and the owner gave me two packets. I ask for more,he got an attitude and told me that they cost money . Never again will I spend my money in a restaurant with such piss poor service that is penny pinching PARMESAN CHEESE . There is no way I should spend $14 and have to beg for condiments. So I am absolutely done with this restaurant. This is also the type of restaurant that sweeps the counter off with brooms (yes I seen this for myself ). If I have to deal with nasty attitudes and a nasty environment it's just not worth my dollar being spent at a business like this . Plus ,for the price I could pay a little more and have better service and food from a restaurant like Maggianos. Start holding these small business accountable .The consumer that keeps their business running and their bills paid is no longer the priority it's all about the money to them . I have been ordering a small pepperoni pizza from AKs regularly for years. I believe ownership changed within the past year or year and half. Since then, I have consistently experienced rude customer service. Today was the final straw and I will take my business elsewhere. I called in to order my usual pepperoni pizza and root beer. The person who answers the phone hurriedly takes my order and rushes me off of the phone. The total came to $13.--, I thanked the delivery driver and tipped him $4 for delivering in a pandemic. When I got inside, I realized that I was actually sent a cheese pizza (I have never ordered a cheese pizza in my life, pepperoni is my favorite lol). Anyways, I call to inform the restaurant that my order was wrong and ask if they could replace it with a pepperoni pizza. I was told that I had ordered a cheese pizza. I did not. The employee could not take accountability for his mistake and instead tried to imply that I am a liar? They will not see another red cent...

I went here and ordered a turkey club sandwich and some other items that was about $40 , I took a Lyft there and back and got home to find my TURKEY CLUB had hot tuna bacon and something else on it . I called and expressed the mistake because my receipt said TURKEY so I’m confused . The lady at the desk meida explained she was sorry and she would send the guy with my sandwich , she asked for my address etc this was at 1040pm she calls at 11:05 to tell me I was suppose to pick it up which was a lie because you asked for my address to deliver my food and give you back the tuna box she had previously gave me which again wasn’t my sandwich . I asked for my money back and she let me know because they were leaving I have to call in the morning to get my money back , not only did I not get to eat dinner at all I didn’t receive my money back .
