Crumbl — Restaurant in Boston

I heard a new Crumbl was opening in Dedham..I'd never been so planned to go to the Grand Opening but realized this location was less than a mile from my house. I ordered 9 cookies on the app which cost just under $40. The cookies were big, warm, fresh & tasty. They're not the best cookies I've ever had but they are good. I liked how the chocolate chip ones had a sprinkle of salt on them. The customer service was awful at this location though. I was second in a line of three people and we literally stood staring while the 4 employees "tended to other things." Granted they were all doing work I thought it was INCREDIBLY rude of all of them to not have the decency to say "hello, I'll be right with you." I actually started recording about 5 minutes after I got in there and it took them another 4 (based off my video) to start helping the woman in front of me. Shouldn't take 9 minutes to help a customer when there are four employees. Also annoying that the girl behind me in line got her cookies before me..I ordered online but mine weren't ready.. I LOVE IT!! Super good, the cookies are delicious. I had lots of friends tell me how great it is. I have a severe peanut butter allergy and almost ordered a cookie that was literally filled with peanut butter. ( not staff’s fault of course, I was dumb and didn’t read the cookie’s name. ) So, for the peanut allergy gals. Make sure to read the name of the cookies! 😥 Super duper love how you have multiple ordering options! Pickup, delivery, super awesome! Just stopped in to Crumbl last night and the two young men working there, as I entered, Jahlen was assisting a woman with the payment console; he was very helpful explaining the ordering process to her and Me. This was my first time at a Crumbl, so him being pleasant and explainingbthe concept was a big help. The other worker, Justin was very nice and friendly too. It's experiences like this that make me want to come back. I was sad that the cookie I wanted was sold out but Jahlen explained that more fresh cookies were coming, he kept updating me on how long it was going to take, and he was very professional.
