Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

The line was out the door. I had to say my order to the girl 3 times and somehow 2 items were put in incorrectly. Normally I would've had them redo it but I just wanted to get out because it was very loud and way overcrowded. Got home to find out they completely forgot a food item too. So between the order being taken incorrectly and the person making it more than half my order was wrong or missing. I'd like to add I've worked at many Dunkin's so I always speak slow and clear and try to make my order as easy as possible. The person taking my order was far more interested in the conversation with her coworker standing at the other register doing nothing while the line was out the door than taking my order. I will not be going back unless maybe for a single drink order. I would avoid going there...

Out of every DD in the lower mills, dorchester, and one in canton. This is the only dunkin donuts with varying consistency due to change in employees. Normally I would never make a review cause the second or third time be the charm. This is the only DD that somehow either my order would be wrong or the coffee doesn’t taste like any other DD close by. I ordered 4 warps with cheddar cheese on the DD mobile app. Every single warp was American cheese. Now before the wrap deal I would get a sandwich with cheddar cheese, I never get American cheese on anything. I have not once got cheddar cheese on anything from this location. I ordered a Cofee Colatta (frozen coffee) French Vanilla flavor with whip cream, the costomer service was fine, there was a bit of a wait and when I finally got my colatta it had chocolate swirl on it, which I didnot asked for it, this hapoened here, and similar incident happened at a Dunkin location in Cambridge, I just wish that when filling the orders, they would asked first before adding or assuming you want something added to your drink without , verbally the customer consenting to it, I asked the worker, to redo my colatta which he did and...
