Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

My review of this dunkin' donuts location is somewhat heartbreaking. Me my friends and family have all been coming to this dunkin for as long as I can remember. Yesterday around 7:00 p.m. I was overcharged for 22 caramel swirls in one medium iced coffee. It said it clear as day on the receipt and also on the sticker they place on the coffee cup. I brought it to the employees attention and not only did she reassure me that I was mistaken but her co-worker also told me that I was mistaken. I've been getting the same order every day for the last 10 years so I noticed the difference in price immediately. She also didn't realize I speak more Spanish then she knew and proceeded to insult me to her co-worker. I was well aware of this issue before coming in because of multiple friends and family members reporting the same issue to me. I'm also aware that employees do this to pocket money every day as dunkin' donuts employees. All within 3 minutes I was insulted and had my money stolen from me and when asked about it they tried to make me out as a fool. The Hispanic woman with the birthmark will continue to ruin your reputation day by day, and clearly she has no issue stealing money from people and insulting them to their face. I spend around $200 a week on dunkin' donuts from that location. On the 20th alone she got me for 3 ta 4 $, two other family members and one friend reported the same employee with the same issue. This employee needs to go. She's been stealing from customers since the first day she started working there. Aside from her every other employee at this location I feel goes above and beyond to make sure everybody gets what they need and pay for.. I've tried to ignore this but now she is out of hand. Please take action on behalf of every customer that loves that store location and the employees that work in there and responsibly...

Well, the parking was difficult when they shared it with Staples. But now, Target is replacing Staples in the spring. So, go now before that happens and you shouldn't have a problem. I'll let you know when Target moves next door.

Food good. Staff nice. There are some small tables to sit at. I like how older Greek speaking men sometimes hang out there. Feels European. They add to the ambience.

I will go there again and update you. I rushed in and out and didn't have time to do a thorough review.

Rossi is getting to be the IN place. I want to go to a small beer place located at the square in a cellar again soon, so my phone will pick up the location and I can tell you all about it. Terrible service. I gave a coupon to the store manager and she got upset and screwed up my computer rudely and said I was wasting her time. I asked her why she was upset and she said she doesn't care???? It's been two times now that she yelled at me. I will not return to that store again. One time I went and she did not want to serve from the front. She wanted me to go through Drive thru without loading a car, why did she not want to open in front. How horrible! I do not understand how they can have a woman like that.
