Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

I'm not really sure what is going on here, but a cappuccino from a gas station machine is better than whatever they're doing here. If I wanted iced milk, I would just go to the convenience store across from them. People should consider the self serve cooler, instead.

I had a very bad experience at this place , there's an haitian lady her last name is Augustin I ask her for 4 splenda's she was so mean to me. she told me that she can't give me 4 splendas she only can give me 2 when she notices the I was asking for a manager she gave me the other 2's. The level of service was so low she's has been very rude she needs to learn how to smile and be nice...

Very disappointing that you pay almost 4 dollars for a coffee you tell them how want it and still get wrong . It seems like they don't pay attention.
