I just went in there and had such a rediculous experience. There were 2 girls working in the store. One was in front of the counter organizing candy and the other girl was behind the counter on the other side. I walked up to the counter, the one in front asked me if Iwas all set, i said yes so she pointed to the counter to put my stuff down. Neither of them move or proceed to ring me up, they begin arguing about ‘who’s register it is’. I finally had to say — I have a flight to catch, can someone please ring me up!? The one behind the counter moved and rang me up, both with their heads down and super rude. This was Gate B American Airlines terminal.
