Dine Boston Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Boston

We were staying at the hotel inside the airport but didnt really want anything the restaurant had so we figured we'd find somewhere in the airport but unfortunately for us every single restaurant was past TSA so we couldn't eat there. We finally found this one after 30 minutes of running around, and the actual grille wasn't even open even though it said it was online, so we had to order from the Dine cafe. The girl taking my order was extremely passive aggressive. We clearly asked for a sandwich with no tomato and the other one with it. I even stated it twice because I could tell she didn't care to listen, and we still got both with no tomato. The smoothie we got was good, but $13 for not even $4 worth of ingredients in a small cup is absolutely ridiculous. I thought they'd be big at that price. To make the experience even worse she was super nice to the guy before us but I guess that's just because he spoke several different languages and because we were just American I guess we were revolting to her. I always liked this place until my recent experience. I and my family travel a lot and we've always stopped at this place to have dinner or lunch. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated. After another 7 minutes our server finally did us a great favor by coming over to take our order. We were in a bit of hurry and decided to get coffee and desert at restaurant (it was about 4PM and was a bit early for us to have dinner) and get 3 meals to go. We were told to go and get all of these items next door (Dine Boston Cafe). Rude-rude-rude! VERY disappointed. For past year service at this place went down the hill. My husband and I were seated, and then nobody talked to us for five minutes. So I thought maybe they don't have table service. So I went up to the bar and ordered two iced teas. The bartender told me my server would take my order. I asked him to ask the server to come by since we had been waiting.
