George Howell Coffee — Restaurant in Boston

• do not come here if you have health restrictions* I would give 0 stars if i could, waited 20 minutes in line, which was fine since i had time to kill. However when I went to order an iced vanilla latte they said I’m sorry we only have these other flavors (even though vanilla latte is literally on the menu). I said okay no problem, I’ll take a caramel iced latte but can i please do half decaf. ( i have health issues and can only have small amounts of caffeine) the guy in the picture below says “I’m sorry we’re too busy to do that” too busy?!?! Seriously, there was 4 people in line behind me. I can’t believe i wasted my time & didn’t even get to eat or have a coffee before...

I was just at terminal E and waiting in line with another couple behind me while two employees just stood there talking to one another. Yeah. I don't know why people are holding airport coffee to regular standards. You should know better.

I personally appreciated that when I ordered a macchiato, they warned me that it was a "real" macchiato, not some starbuck garbage. It was delicious, and I didn't spoil it with any subpar airport baked goods. It WAS $6 but I am numb to this type of spending at...
