Bartender either didn't care or didn't know. But as A Manager you should know and should be teaching them! Just had a bartender make a Manhattan with 4oz of bourbon no bitters and 1oz of vermouth. And just to be safe I requested Stirred not shaken, yet this bartender Chopped away at the ice like he was unaware of how to stir a drink.... who hired and trained this guy?!?!?! Major players fly into Boston all the time and if you think you're impressing them with this you're mistaken. Basic Drinks like a Manhattan/Old Fashioned/Martini/New Age Cosmo should be a standard. Hummus took more than 30 min to come out??? What is going on here... This place needs help with its management and knowledge of how recipes and service work, reach out if you'd like help. A business like this only makes me agitated yet want to step in and help. I mean when my Hummus finally came out, I expected a plate of Hummus with some chopped listed ingredients on it. Not what came out.., this is not a standard and should be an information piece for the Bartender to Mention to the Guest. why is there random raw cucumber in my plate? Also ordered Wings to see what would come out... These are Tenders, where are the Wings I ordered?!?! My fault I don't look at the Menu for this one, but the bartender straight up said "yeah sure" when I ordered WINGS. LMAO! WHO IS THE CHEF/GM BEHIND THIS CONCEPT?!?!?!?! This is terrible. GET HELP! This concept is a Complete failure right now, I just hope they get it together somehow as I'm all about fellow restaurant tours succeeding.

Drinks were okay, typical airport costs. Employees were nice, but food was meh at best. Didn’t have regular fries or onion rings, so only substitutes were sweet potato fries or tater tots but still for the same $2 extra. Tater tots were recommended by waitress, but they were just bland. Crab cake sandwich wasn’t too bad, house chips also needed some seasoning. The cobb sandwich was basically just chicken tenders slapped with some tomato, avocado and bleu cheese dressing. It wasn’t terrible, but I expected more given the prices. All in all, food wasn’t the worst, but disappointing.

Located near gate C8 this is a little off the beaten track but if you have the time it’s well worth the effort. It’s quieter than many of the other food options in the C Terminal and the Lobster Roll that I had was epic. I’m not a Lobster Roll expert but this was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive and for sports lovers there are about a dozen or show screens showing a wide variety of sports.

DONT EAT HERE!! PLEASE pick somewhere else to spend your money , got up to pay my bill because server was taking too long (no big deal) and paid a $60 bill and left cash tip on the table . Went to the Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner and suddenly im being screamed at by the bartender that I “didnt pay my bill” (literally screaming!!) so embarrassing for me and my kids even had DunkinDonuts workers apologize to me even though they were the sweetest people . We told them we did pay and they confirmed we did .She didn’t apologize, we tell her she needs manners when approaching people because it was so embarrassing!! (approached her respectfully ) and she proceeded to yell and threatening us to “kick us out the airport “ while smirking and laughing?! Absolutely disgusting behavior and can tell her coworkers don’t like her either…Just because you’re on the heavier side doesn’t make you tough or scary you just look miserable and ignorant. If you want to enjoy your trip don’t come here you’ll walk out with a bitter taste...

Server, Annie with the pink hair, was hands down the worst server. She couldn’t remember anything, even the beer we JUST ordered, three times!!!!! I ordered the hummus, she came back 20 min later and said they have been out all day. We ordered the Turkey club with no Mayo but mustard on the side. Of course all of this was forgotten. This is an airport restaurant where service should be quick and impeccable. Also saw her apologizing to other guests for forgetting things.

Overall Annie’s attitude was very flippant. In the end she didn’t bring my itemized receipt but rather another tables credit card information, so I had to flag her down to bring my receipt. When I said she should always bring the itemized receipt (especially for business travelers), she snapped back at me with an attitude that would make your mother cringe.

I hope that this company recognizes the need for additional training and in-depth customer service experience training with her. I hope she can truly change her attitude and approach...
