Seems like something changed at this place and I would be lying if I said it was an improvement. The customer service still exists as it once was but what baffled me this visit was the sale of a burnt pizza. I made the common mistake,which I always regret when it backfires, of not checking my food before I leave a location. Upon getting home, I discovered what smelled like nothing was a tough,burnt, cold pizza(I’m sure that’s an oxymoron). I really hope that this was a one off but won’t hold my breath. I understand it is Friday and weekends are busy took over 40mins for food to come. Call back to Pay over phone. Woman placed me on hold and never came back. To phone. Driver came told him. I called lanis to complain and they wanted me to return the food, but I couldn't return it as I don't live close to the shop so I got a $5 credit. Smh.
