VERY BAD PLACE TO WORK! They are so insincere, I will share my experience in details to help people.

When I saw the advert for a position (Overnight Shift Manager) with them, I went and the manager asked me few questions, I answered then he said I got the job for $19 even though I applied for $20/hour. No problem I was ready to work. I resumed when the manager asked me to and he began to tell me different things from what i applied for, I was still interested, he then asked me to shadow someone's job, I did that and discovered this is not what I bargained for and my educational qualifications should get me something better. I decided to tell the manager I won't be continuing with the job, he than told me the job is $16 per hour, I reminded him of our earlier agreement of $19/hour, and he said that was not true. I HATE DISHONESTY.

He then said I should come and pick up my check for the day's job I did on that week Friday. I couldn't go that Friday, I then called him about 2 weeks later to ask if I can come pick up my check, I introduced myself, he then began to ask me several questions like how many hours did I work, and said they will have to prepare the check. This is so unfair, dishonest, and I do not recommend anyone to work in this place. My 1 day experience is so awful. The work culture is also toxic, all the staff speak the same language and they communicate with that language even at work (not English), one of the workers was even complaining about a non-work related mistake I made as a new staff in their language to another staff who then told me in English. So bad an experience.

So sorry for my long review, but I need to help someone. I wish I could give a zero or negative review. They do not deserve this 1 star...

I just went through the drive-through today to get a quick breakfast and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The first English muffin that I got was extremely burnt. I went around to get a new one and the person at the register, took the food and threw it away and told me to go to the second window. After I went to the second window, the front staff seemed to be extremely confused. And I was trying to explain to them multiple times that he already took the food back and threw it in the trash angrily. This all just happened right now you can check the cameras. Here is a photo of the food that they gave me which is not even the correct order when I asked for the steak, egg and cheese they gave me a sausage, egg and cheese and the bread is still a bit burnt. Apparently, they said that this is how their machine is working, so the same thing needs to get fixed in that restaurant because this is not how food is supposed to be looking. Extremely disappointed because I usually come here at night for their normal menu and I usually never have any issues. It just seems that the breakfast team is not doing anything correct. While I’m not complaining so much about them being a little annoyed because I can understand when customers complain it probably happens a lot, but I was very reasonable with them and just asked for simply for a better product. I was never even asked if I would like a refund. Not sure if the management will even read this, but if they do, it would be a very appreciated that you just get your machines serviced. Its brand new and everything is up to date, with one of the worst managers in the fast food industry without any knowledge of customer service. A few months ago after I purchased a drink from there and it was flat ,I went back inside to try the other side of the soda machine if the coke was better ,he accused me of bringing in my own McDonald's cup to get a free $1 drink ,after being embarrassed and humiliated I explained to him that I was in there less than an hour ago and that the soda fountain was not working properly . He called me a liar so I told him to watch the video if he didn't believe and even offered to pay for my refill..bottom line he refused . I stopped going in there until today which I had to deal with him again over an order I did through the app that came with a drink which I didn't receive. I showed him the order on the app , and after paying separately for my drink I also had to listen to his sarcastic remarks again from 3 months ago.I took the time to write to corporate and will go around telling everyone in the neighborhood to stay away from this McDonald's. If you craving McDonald's go to the one on western Ave or the one on California Street and if you want to be humiliated and made fun off come to soldiers field.
