This one sux!!! I donāt complain much but this was bad and they forgot to put cheese on anyoneās order and I know it sounds petty and I would never complain about something that stupid but I will explain why. They have an attitude and act like theyāre better than their customers. I asked to have a sausage and cheese and was deciding what size frappe I wanted and they start making the sandwich and frappe then give me my total. I said I want a Large Frappe and she says they already made you the small (I think it was already made before I got there) which is fine so I got the small even though my order wasnāt confirmed and I didnāt pay. Then when my sandwich comes and they didnāt put cheese on it. Then I said can you forgot the cheese and she said no that I have to pay extra which you donāt on a sausage biscuit but whatever itās only .30 cents but she should have put my order of cheese in when I asked. They didnāt apologize or anything just had an attitude. They were so rude to 2 other customers that had to sit and wait. I thought the other customer who was an older woman was being rude at first because I didnāt see what was going on at first but a few minutes later I saw she had the same issue as me where they didnāt add cheese to hers when she specifically asked for it then after they make it and she pays they want to charge her extra. I can see why she was heated and wanted to leave but she waited and got her meal. Then the manager/supervisor lady gets in her face and points in the customers face which I thought was messed up and she was a grown adult in her 20s or 30s!!!
Anyways, if they are so miserable and canāt put a fake happy face on or hate working with people/customers they should get another job!!! They probably make more money than a lot of kids their age as McDonalds pays pretty good now. The manager was an adult definitely older than 25 and her behavior...

I tried to order at the register & gave the woman a code from the app. She then told me I could not order my sandwich the way I wanted to. I told her nevermind I would just order through the app & she could cancel the transaction on the register. She said ok but did not cancel the transaction. She took the next person's order on the register & it was charged to my card that is connected to the app as she still had my app code on the transaction she never canceled & only voided the items. I mentioned it to them as I seen the charge immediately. They told me there was nothing they could do as there was no manager on duty.
Contacted corporate who told me to contact the store. The franchise owner never reached out to me & the employees said they don't know who owns the location. Usually there is a franchisee info sign in most locations but not this one. I asked when a manager would be in. They told me the next day. I went in & still no manager they claimed. They were very rude & dismissive & called me a liar.

All i ask is for respect and my order to be corrected. iām sorry if other customers might have done your store wrong in the past, but iām not them. i just felt so disrespected smh. Just correct the mistake and be done with it. i didnāt come in there blaming them nor did i raise my voice, i simply stated that i got the wrong order delivered to me and i just wanted my order corrected. hopefully she has a better rest of her day today and the weekend is good...
