Stalex Restaurant & Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Stalex is under new ownership, and he seems very friendly. However, everyone who works for him is not only unprofessional but struggle to handle their job with integrity. The pizza was not cooked properly and when made aware of their mishap, the receptionist hung up in our face. She did not want to immediate or rectify this issue.

In my order, I asked for 2 slices with a can soda and a bag of chips. The pizza was the problem! The dough was RAW. Now I understand the difference between sourdough and others, even the taste is different. However, the dough was raw, the crust was chewy. It was so thick and raw I refused to actually eat the pizza itself. When attempting to eat the crust (best part of any pizza to me) it was chewy and tasteless. I truly believed that anyone who ate it would be sick or worse, in the hospital.

I write this review because from a previous interaction, the owner asked nicely for a review on the taste. Unfortunately for him the pizza was inedible. The WORSE customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered over the phone breakfast sandwich when I reached I noticed the eggs were over hard, I told the teenager at the register that I want scrambled not over hard. She says you need to tell me that, I said no you should ask your customer how they would like Thier eggs, the ownership of making sure the order is complete is on YOU/Restaurant anyone running a restaurant automatically knows that you have to ASK the customer how they want their eggs you don't just give them what you think they want🤔 The owner, Woman with the scarf on her head, Then argues with me and makes the statement that she do it how she wants and if these ppl don't like it too bad. Well of course I told her she never have to worry about getting my money anymore. There was another gentleman in there who also agreed that she has a nasty attitude all the time, I said well it's our fault because we continue to give her our business I bet if we stopped spending our dollars in there she would have a change of heart real quick!!!...

Horrible customer service , the lady who answers the phone is VERY rude! I ordered a greek salad with grilled chicken, and my chicken was already cut up..and it tasted old.. Like what did you give me chicken from a previous order??? I've worked at Stash's AND Grove Hall pizza and they NEVER cut up the chicken for salad... Even at other pizza shops that I've gotten salads from with grilled chicken, has my chicken been cut up!!! I'm furious almost $16 on a dam salad that is disgusting... I called back to let them know and to ask for a different salad and the lady has an attitude, saying she can send me a video of them making my food...like really lady...so you record EVERY order you make??? I doubt it... She wasn't apologetic at all, and when I asked for a refund or for something else she fought back... NEVER AGAIN...STALEX reuses food... Now if I get food poisioning I'm definitely calling City Hall Food Inspection to come out and see what's...
