I Googled their menu...I called to order an appetizer combo which consisted of: "...1 Piece Egg Roll, 3 Pieces Chicken Wings and 3 Pieces Boneless Spare Ribs" @$7:75. When I called to order a pick up...the woman told me that the price was $12: 70. She said that the online price was old...I ask if it was 8yrs old. I went in anyway and ordered an egg roll and small chicken wings. I asked if the chicken wings were breaded or fried w/o bread...she said the later. I get home and see that they're breaded and the egg roll was a string roll. Disappointed, I tried them anyway...the chicken was so dry that I wouldn't feed them to a stray animal. She was rude; a liar and deceptive. They should not be in business. I even told the woman that Mass consumer laws states that the proprietor sell the product at the listed prince...and she was violating a number of consumer/proprietor laws. She...

The woman taking the orders needs to learn how to communicate with people. She was unpleasant and rude. Her English seemed very weak to me (although I'm not a native speaker either). I had trouble ordering "Fried rice with chicken" because she could not understand it and only understood when I said "chicken fried rice" (the way it is written in their "menu"), so it took us a couple of minutes to be understood and place an order. And what was even more unpleasant is that the woman was behaving as if my English was the problem, not hers. In the end she said something like "why didn't you say "chicken fried rice" in the beginning?". Damn, because it's not a proper English sentence! - I thought. I didn't like my meal, it was too dry. My wife ordered Pad Thai and said it was satisfactory...

One of my favorite restaurants but management needs discuss proper etiquette with some of the waiters. They provide you the receipt with a list of tipping options. An option was selected and the waiter asked for more money.

I've dined all over the city and NEVER ran into such an awkward suggestion. I addressed the issue with management and gladly added additional gratuities. But one should never be addressed in such a manner. This is really making think twice about returning. I will give this some deep thought because the food is very delicious but the waiter lacked a professional demeanor.
