This review is for “Pat’s Pizza & Catering”, Re; the “Chicken Abruzzi”, “Steak & Cheese” & the Online ordering. This was my 1st time trying their pasta & my 1st time placing an online order through their website. The only reason why I ordered online was because they did not answer their phone, same thing happened the following weekend. So the Chicken Abruzzi, has: Portabella, spinach, fresh tom, in a white wine garlic sauce. I chose, All extra: portabella, sauce, grated cheese, spinach & extra chicken. My kid got steak & cheese, as usual, but they fell short again 😔(just not putting enough meat in a Large sub… fyi it’s not the 1st time, over phone order or online). I know, why do I keep ordering from there? It’s like the quickest delivery around, but when u order it in front of their faces & p/u, I feel like their food is.. ON POINT!! My expectations were not very high, but their pasta was like restaurant quality. Unfortunately, for me (bad luck 🍀?? 🤔??). The chicken, which looked amazing by the way, was BAD. 🙃 1 bite & 🤢…I called to let them know & the lady said she didn’t want to tell them because she would got yelled at. So I felt bad & left it alone & STILL ordered from them again the following Saturday & got a salad. (See my next review for that). Total cost was $39.10 with tax & a delivery fee of $3.50 (NOT including a tip!!) I DO NOT recommend ordering through their online system. But I do think that the pasta would’ve been amazing…if it wasn’t for the bad chicken, sadly! Also… treat that woman taking orders, with some darn RESPECT! I know I’m not the only one… I’ve seen it in person as well. She’s a hard worker & you just don’t treat people like that. Honest review!

Very disappointed in our recent order. We've ordered from Pat's in the past and have never had an issue. However our recent order was not good. Ordered a meatball & sausage calzone with peppers and onions. For some unknown reason they use sausage patties, I've never been to or ordered from a Pizza/Sub shop that uses sausage patties, typically it's sausage crumbles or sliced sausage. Well the sausage patties inside the calzone were cooked to the point that they were like shoe leather (see pictures), burnt and charred. *Not good.* My suggestion is that if you are going to use sausage patties (no clue why you do) then chop/cut them up and cook them properly, don't burn them to a crisp. I will say that the calzone looked great and the meatballs in it were on point. But that doesn't make up for burnt sausage.

Just ordered a large steak & cheese calzone and 2 - 10 piece chicken fingers. Steak & cheese calzone was fine but the 2 - 10 piece chicken fingers were over cooked and dry as cardboard. Not only that but the 2 orders of 10 piece chicken fingers were $36. I looked on their menu on the website and couldn't find the price of the 10 piece chicken fingers.Way over priced for frozen chicken fingers that should never have been served. Staff are good so I hope they can turn things around. I wish them the best of luck with figuring it out but I won't be buying chicken fingers from Pat's again.

Out first time having Pat’s The food is amazing. The issue I had was with poor customer service and the worst part was I received it mostly from the manager on duty Katie. You can tell she took our order b/c tone wise she was the only older girl taking calls besides a young one. I asked for a chicken Alfredo PIZZA for pickup and I followed up by saying I want a large size. She said it only comes in one size and I proceeded to ask the total and I got hung up on. I go in after 20 minutes to pick up my order, and I seen the cashier bring me a bag ... I told her I asked for a pizza and she was the only one to apologize for it and put in the right order. I check my change and my receipt to make sure price wise nothing was screwed. I look up at the menus to check the pizza price and Katie standing right there quickly tells me “oh the pizza is more”. Like it’s a big deal for me to check my receipt. I walk out and wait another 20 minutes.I was cool calm and collective. I come back the order was still not ready and after 10 minutes of waiting inside. She grabs the pizza hands it to me and said “here you go”. Not apologetic not friendly whatsoever so i asked one of the kids her name. I get in my car called back and asked when the higher manager in charge was going to come in. mind you Katie is back on the phone and she knows it was me because she said “is this the chicken Alfredo order”. I ask when the manager comes in she proceeded to tell me 8pm. The restaurant closes at that time. For our first time being at this restaurant I had a very bad experience especially from Katie she did not apologize she took our order incorrectly and as a manager on duty it should have been her...

Okay on this particular day this is the first time that I've ever went into Pat's and I was attempting to get something real quick it didn't really happen as quick as I would have loved it. however I attempted many times to generate happiness and lots of smiles in this establishment. At least the person who was serving me good about being in their establishment. I respectfully say that most of the front area appear to be extremely busy giving me the believe that they must have a lot of good foods and they're doing well. but that lack of attention to all customers to give the wrong feeling to that customer especially a first-time customer. In which I clearly stated to everybody this is my first time here didn't feel special. I'll give this business another opportunity to redeem a welcoming atmosphere if I get the old homeboy Southie at attitude I'm not sure I'll return we'll see. All the food steak and cheese well done Peppa's well-done salt and pepper toasted bread it was okay. Oh the guy who gave me my son and realize that I was waiting there for a long time I appreciate him cuz it was a long time before...
