First time stopping by and I swear it won't be my last. I've eaten other african tribes foods and love them all but this place definitely deserves 5 stars across the board. Its very clean the staff is friendly, helpful and patient. The food was prepared in a timely fashion and the prices were beyond decent especially for the quality of food that we received.... and yes I got the fufu dish and it was amazing... my husband I west Indian so this was his first time trying african foods as well as my son. Staff offered them rice samples to ensure they were ordering what they truly liked. My family fell in love with the joloff. I liked the rice with the red stew. Everything hit the spot except the soda I tried it was Nigerian ginger ale woo wee that was some powerful stuff lol... I won't try again but it was a great experience. So thank you Pellom and see you soon
Going to inquire about catering prices for an event I'm hosting in a few weeks. Hopefully they can bless my guests with these delicious dishes they...
Read moreI ordered the egusi soup with chicken and fufu. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Not sure why it’s called soup since it’s pasty. It didn’t taste good. This is not worth $29.95! I will not be going back. It seems prices are sky rocketing to accommodate locations. It’s just sad.

I have had many different dishes from all over. I said what I said, food was horrible. Maybe because it was towards the end of the day and with a hour before closing. I do don’t eat nothing I don’t know especially eugsi and fufu. No need to be defensive. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, this was certainly not because of not...
Read moreThis was legitimately the worst food quality I've ever experienced. ALL of the meat was overcooked and dry; it was straight up beef jerky texture. You would lose a tooth trying to get whatever little meat there is off the kebabs. The pastry for the meat pies was dry as sand; the outside was hot, but the inside was cold, as if it was just microwaved. I had digestive issues that night and the day after. Atmosphere doesn't really matter to me. But the floor was sticky at the POS (point of sale) which was disgusting to me.
I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid this place completely--there are better Nigerian restaurants that don't serve completely dry and inedible meat, and would never charge close to 20...
