Feeling very hungry I stopped by Inbound Pizza to get a Steak Tip Salad.. the guy who took the order asked me what kind of salad dressing I wanted with my salad; I told him "peppercorn" or "italian" ; after 10 minutes or so my order was ready, I walked home 10 minutes away, and when I got home feeling famish I opened the bag only to find out the salad dressing was missing!! I got annoyed and called them back to report that they had forgotten the salad dressing, the guy who answered the phone was semi-polite and kind of not helpful at all.. He said: "You wanna come back and get it?" I was upset by now, I said no, I am not walking back 15 minutes to get a little spoon of salad dressing.. He said "What do you want me to do".. As oppose to saying: "We want your business so next time you'll come back we'll offer you a free slice of pizza" or something simple like that, but his attitude was like he did not care one way or another. So they just lost a loyal good customer. Being in an competitive business area like Allston where there are so many pizza places to choose from.. I would want al the customer I can get, treat them well and make sure the'll be back, not push them...

I have ordered from here several times. They usually get my order wrong (barbeque chicken fingers instead of chicken fingers with babeque dipping sauce) or give me the wrong size (I received a small order of mozzarella sticks when I ordered and paid for a large order).

The 'manager' then finally asked 'you had a steak and cheese, right?' I said 'No, chicken fingers.' So he asked again ''steak and cheese?' Again, but more forcefully, 'No, chicken fingers.'
My goodness, my order was ready for about 6 minutes and he then decided to tell me my food ready. This is not good...
Read moreI have been eating pizza for many many many years, mostly in Boston and New York. I have had pizza that runs the gamut from simply amazing to either side of mediocre. The veggimania pizza I just bought and ate here was the blandest food, pizza or otherwise, that I have ever eaten in my life. I hate trashing businesses, especially small businesses, and am loathe to do so, but the blandness and absolute lack of ANY seasoning whatsoever has left me no choice but to write a negative review. Really really awful.
If anything, usually places like these tend to use overly salty cheese and sauce with no sense of subtlety. I’m not sure what the hell happened with this one, but it was the most disappointing food I’ve ever eaten. No offense to the business or the perfectly polite person behind the counter, but guys, cmon, get...
