Wolfgang Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

The food we ate was fine. Airport quick serve. I have no complaints about that. However the service we received was lacking. There are two areas, the bar area (you need to wait to be seated) and the take it to go area. Definitely don't order at the counter that says "order here" and then sit in the bar area, because you will get yelled at. But the sign stating "wait to be seated" might be turned around, and even though you told your cashier you wanted a beer, he will be utterly unhelpful. Also, this cashier will ignore you if you're a woman. I asked for a fountain drink, ignored. I asked for the sauce on the wings, ignored. I PAID, he literally handed the card and spoke to my husband. I was speaking at a conversational volume, this was just blatant sexism. Overall, I don't recommend...

I went to the one at Logan airport in Boston. The 1st thing that comes to mind is the word OKAY... I first stopped at the dinner across the room which larger portions and better seating options. Then I said well let me try Wolfgang instead. I sat at the bar which have the new modern style seats that sucked. They need seats with backs on them especially for weary travelers. I order the wings which were very measly for 14.00 bucks. They were tiny frozen wing dings you get at a kids midget football game or something. They had decent tap beer options and the food came out within 10 minutes of me ordering it.. so all and all....just ok. I would not go back since wings and 3 beers cost me 50 bucks but next time I will just go to the diner across the room....

Gluten allergy training needed. At airport about to board plane. Ordered salad at register. Asked cashier to note gluten allergy. She assured me contents were gluten free. I asked NICELY that the chef change gloves. She nodded. I stood at counter watched the salad maker prepare my salad without changing gloves. I asked him to remake the salad. He said my gloves are clean. I told him he used his hands instead of utensils. He is cross contaminating the contents. I pointed to the croutons. He said. I didn’t touch the croutons. He refused to remake the salad. NOT GOOD. Had to board flight. Should have taking my chances with...
