My wife and I recently had dinner at the new Busaba Thai on Pearl Street in Boulder, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients in every dish. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, and the Panang Curry had just the right amount of spice (We ordered Thai medium heat). I highly recommend the Chicken Puff to get things started.

The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. This evening the roll-up door was open making it an even more pleasant experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Busaba. The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. To top it off, the service was impressively quick; our meals arrived much faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and so accommodating to our needs. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was just as impressive — calm, soothing, and beautifully designed. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy a great meal.

I don’t quite understand the great reviews of this place. There were only 3 other tables in use when we arrived, but service was very slow. People who came in after us were getting their orders taken before us. The vegetable gyoza starter was served almost cold, lukewarm at best. The pad Thai was really chewy- to a point where my cheeks ached. I think noodles were undercooked. I’ve had so many pad Thais in my life and this was not a favourite.
