I am not a fan of running (literally); however, I do "run" on Dunkin' from time to time, similar to their slogan. My daughter and I decided to stop here on 1 Aug 2025 for some much needed fuel before we conducted our activities for the day. I've always been a fan of Dunkin' for their coffee and donuts, and of course their breakfast sandwiches. Living in Las Vegas, the Dunkin' restaurants are a hit-or-miss with respect to food quality and service...sometimes the food and service is adequate and other times, the food isn't thoroughly warmed up and you're waiting forever for your food. So visiting a new Dunkin' restaurant always has me skeptical from the beginning, unfortunately. We ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Plain Bagel, Avocado Toast, Bacon Wake-Up Wrap, Hash Browns, Glazed Donut, Maple Donut, Regular Coffee (of course), and an Orange Juice. Hands-down, this was one of the best-prepared sandwiches I've received in a long time. The warm items (bagel sandwich, wrap, and hash browns) were a perfect temperature with zero cold spots. The donuts were made to perfection, says my once in a while splurge towards unhealthy eating...and the coffee definitely hit the spot that late morning/early afternoon. The service was great; and although I didn't see smiling faces all that much, we received our food very fast...and at the end of the day, I guess that's all that matters. Also, I felt the dining area could've used some cleaning and organizing, especially since we were the only ones in the dining area. Those things should always be accomplished, but mostly during the non-peak hours. The prices are typical Dunkin' prices; fair and reasonable - doesn't break the bank. I've always had much respect for this franchise for their continued support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, Veterans, and Law Enforcement personnel - thank you for that! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here - no major issues. It's evident that I should've eliminated my skepticism from the beginning...but that's difficult at times for me considering my previous experiences. Definitely recommend this fast food (location) to everyone!

I wanted to be able to go to a Dunkin Donuts here in Boulder but our first experience has made it our last at this location. You walk into the tundra with the ac below 70 in the morning with even employees trying to warm up. The positive was the cashier who got our order correct and was relatively friendly despite putting a Boston Cream in the bag chocolate side down. No one was ahead of us inside and the guy making the sandwiches made it wrong, making us wait about five minutes with other customers behind us getting their food first. All this and the the bagel on the sandwich was over toasted. We then proceed to eat outside only to find a pile of BBQ chicken bones in a pile with napkins on the table. There is no trash outside nor did the employees opening bother to clean it up. Then we ate inside with the really awkward seating arrangements to find the sugar in the cold brew wasn't mixed in but just sitting in a pile at the bottom. It's July 10th and you still have your Fourth of July decorations up. This exemplifies the laziness of this store as it would take less time to remove them than we waited for our food... Needless to say avoid this location like the plague!

Went in 7/16 1pm, wasn't busy inside or at the drive-thru. Employees didnt even look me in the eye except for when they finally met me at the counter And don't ask for cream in your cold brew, it'll be 3/4s milk. When i asked for a top off, the manager ignored me at first and then proceeded to not even look me in the eye or reply. I used to like the staff alot!!! Disgusting customer service the past few visits.

I wasn’t even going to make a comment because I’m from the east coast where I grew up with Dunkin’ Donuts also I try to give the benefit of the doubt, k? This location is PATHETIC. Rude service no matter what time of day and always new employees, at the drive thru how about try saying “hi how are you doing today what can I get started for you?!” Like with a chipper voice like you’re HAPPY to be there. I understand working sucks but guess what! Slap a smile on that face of yours and let’s have a good day shall we! It only sucks because this is the ONLY Dunkin’ Donuts in boulder so it’s usually where I end up going. They’ve messed up my orders multiple times, like I said I’m pretty nice about small mistakes I worked in retail for almost 10 years so I get it you’re tired, forgetful, maybe going to school, maybe working 2 jobs - I don’t know I don’t know what YOUR personal story is because that’s none of my business!!! But when I come to your place of business as an employee you leave your own ish $&$ at the door!!! And as for the manager yeah I know you see the girls working here giving all kinds of attitude and I know I’m not the only one who is really irritated with this location. I’ve talked to multiple people and a few even stop going all together because of the atmosphere and the matter of messing up orders like really?! LOL spending 15 minutes in a drive thru for you to figure out how to make a small coffee w sugar and milk is insane to me! Go take some notes from Longmont or go eat coast and get some tips cause you start the morning w coffee to get you going I never ONCE felt this way ever about a Dunkin’ Donuts but I felt like it’s gone on long enough I needed to...
