I've been hearing about this place from my daughter since the beginning of 2024 because she enjoyed (and still enjoys) coming here during the school year. Recently, on 24 and 26 Aug 2024, I had the opportunity to try this boba shop with my daughter since I was in the area to help her move into her dorm. When we walked in on both days, the shop wasn't busy at all which enabled me to take some time and look at the menus.

The service was a little slow on both days which was a little alarming considering the customers in the facility were minimal. To be fair, the business doesn't seem to have that many employees working there to begin with because on the 24 Aug visit, there were two employees up front, and one of them was new. Also, on the 26 Aug visit, there was only one employee working up front (cashier and food/drink preparer). On the other hand, the employees are very friendly which is always pivotal from a customer service standpoint.

For both visits, we ordered the Peach Green Tea w/Boba, Lychee Black Tea w/Boba, Chicken Potstickers, and Rice Cake Skewers. The drinks were outstanding, hands-down! The boba flavor and texture was amazing and perfect. I've had a lot of various style potstickers, gyoza, mandu, dumplings in my lifetime and I can't say that the ones here rank in the top 10 of my all-time favorites. However, the potstickers were still good and definitely hit the spot (especially since we were hungry).

The prices here are reasonable - I was glad to see that this business doesn't increase their prices to prey on college students. Then again, there's always that perception that college students don't have money and only live off of ramen and Hot Pockets...so maybe that's why the prices at this shop are respectable? The décor was nice but the atmosphere wasn't necessarily inviting - it felt gloomy in there for some reason. Also, I hope the business fixes the entrance door because due to oblivious customers, the door would either shut hard, or stay open after someone leaves the shop (I guess people think that all business doors are self-closing). Overall, I like this boba shop; one star shy of actually "loving" this business. I know for a fact that my daughter will continually visit this boba shop so I hope this business stays open for the long run. Highly recommend this business...

Have gone here many times over the years. There appears to be 3 main employees and the service they provide depending on who is working drastically changes the experience. There’s a young man who opens a lot and whenever he opens the place opens anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours later than it is schedule to open. Additionally he often says a large number of things are out of stock even when other employees the same day say they are in stock.

There is also a younger woman who works there a lot and she is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever out of stock when she works, the place is open when it should be, she has a great attitude, and every drink is made properly.

Finally there’s an older woman who I think is the owner who works there a lot as well. She is really friendly and nice and always says they can make whatever drinks you order happen, but she often mixes up the tapioca with various flavored popping bobas making it difficult to get the correct drink that you ordered.

Overall when the drinks are made properly things are great but some of the employees don’t make...

Rude service!! This place used to be friendly as welcoming. Went back in after a long time gone and ordered the same thing i always used to order. Lady at counter told me they don’t let you mix flavors in regular (small) size anymore. Okay. Sure. I said okay, used to get that all the time, she said the boss said no so fine. Turned to my friend and said you go ahead and order give me a sec i will pick something else out. She said... ohh okay your gonna pull that... fine i will just MAKE it happen i’ll just go ahead and make it for you. I said... it’s fine, I can just pick something else out just give me a second. “No, i’ll just make this.” I understand the customer is not always right and that retail and restaurant workers deserve to be treated with respect (i have worked both) but when did we get to the point where a worker can be downright rude for literally no reason to a guest and that’s just commonplace. Not cool. Not cool lollicup, what...

I have been to boba tea shops all around the world like in ; Australia, Iceland, Canada, and France just to name a few but none compare to the quick service, amazing boba tea, great snacks, and happy workers that Lollicup provides. They have a good sized menu filled with with snacks, drinks, and candy. You can modify your drink in almost anyway you want from the toppings to ice amount and drink flavors. I have never had a bad order or experience. Plus they also always have the T.V. Playing a movie, the news or a show. If you’re looking for some quality boba tea and food or need a quiet place to work Lollicup is the place to be satisfied with your meal and service.

I’ve been going to this store since I attending CU in 2009 and they are always improving their store. They have so many good food options and snacks to pick from, but it’s the boba snow drink I typically get. They are willing to mix flavors so, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can do some cool mixes (I typically get lavender and jasmine). They also have small boba as an option if you’re new to it and just want to give it a try.
