Wendy's — Restaurant in Bountiful

We tried to order through the drive up but after 30 min, and that's not a typo, I was able to get the car in back of me to back up so that I could get out! Once you're in line there is no where to go. Luckily the 4 other cars that could get out did and that gave us the chance to get out. The poor girl that was taking orders said she was the only one there!! Where is the manager!! But that's not the end of my experience with this wendys. When I was returning home about 8:30pm I decided to try and get a frosty. This time I went inside. There were 5 teenagers working there with two guys at one table and a family at another. Plus there were two people waiting for their orders. I walked right up to the cash register and waited and waited for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. I stood there looking at all of them and they all ignored me. Never once did they say we'll be with you in a min and none of them smiled. One of the customers that was waiting finally got his food and the teen that gave it to him had a look and an attitude that said I don't want to be here and here's your damn food. The man looked at her and asked her if it would be too much to ask for a smile and an apology for taking so long!! She just rolled her eyes!!! There was only one car in line when I walked into the restaurant and two people waiting for their food inside and I waited alone at the register for l0 min without being acknowledged ONCE! I'm a DoorDasher and I represent the customer. Orders are placed ahead so that you do not have to stand in line or wait for the food to be prepared. I am so tired of being treated like a nuisance by employees because I'm a doordasher. I represent the customer and sometimes I choose to pick up my own order and I am the customer. I did not Wait in line after 9:00 p.m. as a DoorDasher and went straight to the pickup window. I am a manager of a restaurant and a very prestigious hotel in Park City. With that being said, this kid made me go back around and stay behind the cars that were placing orders so that I could receive a Frosty and deliver it. He spoke to me as if he was my boss and would not give it to me unless I did so. I knew I could stay at that window without moving insisting that he give me what I have a receipt for on DoorDash. That's right, our way bill is our receipt and makes us the customer! This place treats doordashers as if we were less. I have a microbiology and chemistry bachelor's degree and choose the DoorDash for a little extra money. As a hospitality manager I give the best service There is no reason to be treated like a nuisance because I'm a doordasher. I definitely shouldn't have to stay behind people placing an order while it's already been placed and be bossed around...

We stopped by last night to grab some quick dinner. We ran into many issues. First of all, we had to wait for a bit before we could even order. Then after we paid they told us it would be a five minute wait for the grilled chicken and asked if we wanted crispy or homestyle. They asked as if we didn’t have an option to just wait for the grilled. I told them we would wait and the guy acted annoyed. He gave us the Frosties and walked away. We pulled around into the parking lot and waited for a few minutes. I went inside and waited for maybe 5 minutes. Once the food was ready, she set it on the counter hurriedly and didn’t even say anything. I took it and looked in the bag and saw we didn’t have any of our fries. I called out to a guy who was walking past and he also acted annoyed as he went and got our fries. Finally we had all our food and we took off for home. The quality of the food was as disappointing as the service. The grilled chicken we waited for was literally the texture of rubber. We had to just throw it away. The fries we had to ask again for were cold and stale. And the homestyle chicken in my sandwich was so fried I could hardly bite it.
